5. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Turn on the main power switch. The power indicator light should illuminate.
  2. Adjust Temperature: Use the temperature adjustment knob on the control panel to set the desired heating plate temperature (range 100-160°C). Allow a few minutes for the heating plate to reach the set temperature.
  3. Prepare Item: Place the food item or tray to be wrapped on the working surface.
  4. Wrap Item:
    • Pull the stretch film from the roll, covering the item completely.
    • Ensure the film is taut around the item.
  5. Cut Film:
    • Once the item is wrapped, pull the film across the cutter bar.
    • Press the cutter switch to activate the heated cutter, separating the film from the roll.
  6. Seal Film:
    • Place the wrapped item onto the heated plate.
    • Gently press the edges of the film against the heated plate to seal them securely. The heat will shrink and seal the film, creating a tight package.
    • Remove the sealed item.
  7. Power Off: After use, turn off the heating plate and cutter switches, then unplug the machine from the power outlet.
