4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking and Placement
- Carefully remove all packaging materials.
- Place the washing machine on a firm, level surface. Adjust the leveling feet if necessary to ensure stability.
- Ensure adequate clearance around the machine for proper ventilation and operation.

4.2 Water Supply Connection
- Connect the provided water supply hose (approx. 80cm) to the water inlet on the back of the machine and to your household water tap.
- Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
4.3 Drain Hose Connection
- Connect the drain hose (approx. 1.6m) to the drain outlet on the machine.
- Position the other end of the drain hose into a suitable drain or sink, ensuring it is securely fixed and allows for proper water flow.
4.4 Power Connection
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Do not use extension cords or adapters.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Loading Laundry
- Open the lid and place laundry loosely into the tub. Do not overload the machine.
- Close the lid securely.
5.2 Filling Detergent and Softener
The KAW-100B features automatic dispensing for liquid detergent and fabric softener.
- Open the dispenser cover located on the top of the machine.
- Pour liquid detergent into the 'DETERGENT' compartment (blue).
- Pour fabric softener into the 'SOFTENER' compartment (pink).
- Each tank has a capacity of approximately 1,000ml.
- The machine will automatically dispense the appropriate amount for each wash cycle.

5.3 Selecting a Wash Course
Choose from 8 available wash courses based on your laundry needs.
- Press the 'Power' button to turn on the machine.
- Use the 'Course' button to cycle through the available options: Standard, Rinse 1 time, Blanket, Dry, Soak, Urgent, Tub Wash, Tub Dry.
- Additional settings like water level, rinse times, and spin duration can be adjusted using the respective buttons.

5.4 Starting the Wash Cycle
- After selecting your desired course and settings, press the 'Start/Pause' button to begin the wash cycle.
- To use the reservation timer, set the desired delay time before pressing 'Start/Pause'.
5.5 Using the Bath Water Hose
To conserve water, you can use leftover bath water for washing.
- Connect the provided bath water hose (approx. 4m) to the designated inlet on the machine.
- Place the pump end of the hose into the bathtub.
- Select the 'Bath Water' option on the control panel before starting the wash cycle.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your washing machine.
6.1 Cleaning the Tub
The stainless steel tub is designed to resist mold, but periodic cleaning is recommended.
- Use the 'Tub Wash' course regularly to clean the inside of the tub.
- For deeper cleaning, use a washing machine cleaner according to its instructions.
6.2 Cleaning the Detergent/Softener Dispenser
- Periodically remove and clean the detergent and softener dispenser compartments to prevent buildup.
- Rinse with warm water and dry thoroughly before reinserting.
6.3 Cleaning the Lint Filter
- Locate the lint filter inside the tub.
- Remove any accumulated lint after every few washes to maintain drainage efficiency.
6.4 Exterior Cleaning
- Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth.

- The flat glass door is easy to clean with a soft cloth.
