  • Storage: When not in use for a long time, turn off the keyboard using the power switch to conserve battery life. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Keyboard not responding:
    • Ensure the keyboard is powered on.
    • Check if the USB receiver is securely plugged into your computer's USB port.
    • Verify the keyboard battery is charged. Recharge if necessary.
    • Try plugging the USB receiver into a different USB port on your computer.
    • Restart your computer.
  • Keys not registering or intermittent input:
    • Ensure the keyboard is within the effective range of the USB receiver (typically up to 10 meters).
    • Avoid placing the receiver near strong interference sources (e.g., other wireless devices, large metal objects).
    • Clean any debris from under the affected keys.
  • Charging issues:
    • Ensure the USB-C cable is properly connected to both the keyboard and the power source.
    • Try using a different USB-C cable or power source to rule out cable/adapter issues.
    • If the charging port feels loose, ensure the cable is inserted firmly and correctly.
  • Some function keys not working on Mac OS:
    • This keyboard is primarily designed for Windows. Some function keys may have limited or no functionality on Mac OS. This is expected behavior.
