2. Safety Information
Please read all safety instructions carefully before installation and use. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or other injuries.
- Ensure the power is turned off at the main circuit breaker before installing or replacing the lamp.
- This lamp is designed for indoor use only. Do not expose to water or high humidity.
- Do not disassemble or modify the lamp. This will void the warranty and may cause damage or injury.
- Use only in appropriate GU10 fixtures.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- If the lamp is damaged, discontinue use immediately.
3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Physical Installation
- Turn off the power to the light fixture at the circuit breaker.
- Carefully remove the existing GU10 bulb from the fixture.
- Insert the Tasmor Smart GU10 LED Lamp into the fixture, aligning the pins with the sockets. Gently push and twist clockwise until secure.
- Restore power at the circuit breaker. The lamp should flash, indicating it is in pairing mode.
3.2 App Download and Pairing
The Tasmor Smart GU10 LED Lamp requires the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app for full functionality. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz, as the lamp is not compatible with 5GHz networks.
- Download the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app from your mobile device's app store.
- Register or log in to your account in the app.
- Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
- Open the app and tap the "+" icon in the top right corner to add a device.
- Select "Lighting" or "Light Source (Wi-Fi)" from the device list.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the lamp to your Wi-Fi network. The lamp should flash rapidly to indicate pairing mode. If it doesn't, turn the lamp off and on three times (on-off-on-off-on) to reset it to pairing mode.
- Once successfully paired, the lamp will stop flashing and appear in your device list.

- Power On/Off: Tap the power icon in the app to turn the lamp on or off.

- Select from 16 million RGB colors using the color wheel.
- Adjust the white light temperature between 2700K (warm white) and 6500K (cool white).
- Scene Modes: The app offers 8 pre-set scene modes. You can also customize these modes by editing color combinations, change types (static, jump, breathe), and speed.
- Timer Function: Set schedules for the lamp to automatically turn on or off at specific times. This is useful for daily routines or security.
