3. Motion Sensor Battery Installation

Each motion sensor requires 3 AA 1.5V Alkaline batteries (not included in the package). Open the battery compartment on the back of the sensor and insert the batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment securely.

4. Motion Sensor Mounting

The motion sensors are weather-resistant and designed for outdoor use. They can be mounted on walls, fence posts, trees, or any other stable surface using the provided ball-joint mounting plate and screws. The ball-joint allows for flexible adjustment of the sensor's direction.

Operating Instructions

1. Motion Detection

The wireless motion sensor detects heat movements from people, large animals, or vehicles within its detection range (35-50 feet). When motion is detected, the sensor sends a wireless signal to the receiver.

2. Receiver Alert

Upon receiving a signal from a sensor, the plug-in receiver will sound the pre-selected melody and its eyes will light up, alerting you to activity. The wireless transmission range is up to 1/2 mile, though actual range may vary based on terrain and obstacles.

3. System Expansion

The system is fully expandable. You can add up to 32 sensors and an unlimited number of receivers to cover your entire property. This allows for comprehensive monitoring and customized alert zones.

Maintenance

1. Battery Replacement

The motion sensors are battery-powered. Replace the 3 AA 1.5V Alkaline batteries when the sensor's performance diminishes or the low battery indicator (if available) activates. Ensure proper battery orientation.

2. Cleaning

Wipe the exterior of the sensors and receiver with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure the sensor lenses are clear of dirt, dust, or spiderwebs for optimal performance.

3. Weather Resistance

The outdoor sensors are designed to be weather-resistant and operate in temperatures ranging from -30 to 150 degrees Fahrenheit. While resistant to weather, they are not fully waterproof. Ensure proper installation to protect against direct heavy water exposure.

Troubleshooting

1. No Detection or False Alarms

2. Poor Wireless Range

3. Receiver Not Alerting
