1. Introduction

This device is designed to assist in managing multiple cooking tasks simultaneously, providing precise timing and audible alerts for various culinary applications. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the timer to ensure proper use and longevity of the product.

2. Safety Information

  • Ensure the timer is connected to a power source within the specified voltage range (110V-220V, as per product description, though some manuals may state 110V only. Refer to product label for exact voltage).
  • Do not immerse the device in water or expose it to excessive moisture. While designed to resist kitchen fumes, it is not fully waterproof.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the unit yourself. Contact qualified service personnel for assistance.
  • Place the timer on a stable, flat surface or mount it securely to prevent accidental falls.

3.1. Control Panel and Components

  1. LED Digital Window: Displays the countdown time for each of the 12 channels.
  2. Numbered Channels (1-12): Individual timer channels. Pressing a numbered button starts or ceases the countdown for that specific channel.
  3. TIME Button: Used to set the countdown duration for each group.
  4. REMINDER Button: Activates or deactivates the reminder function for basket shaking times.
  5. ON/OFF Button: Power switch for the unit.
  6. INCREASE (+) Button: Increases time or volume settings.
  7. DECREASE (-) Button: Decreases time or volume settings.

3.2. Key Features

  • 12 Independent Channels: Each channel can be set independently from 0 to 99 minutes and 59 seconds (or 0 to 99 hours and 59 minutes, depending on mode).

4. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the timer from its packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Placement: Choose a suitable location. The timer can be placed on a countertop using its adjustable stand or mounted on a wall using the provided screws and wall anchors. Ensure the location is stable and away from direct heat or excessive moisture.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the timer and then plug it into a standard electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Power On/Off

  • Press the ON/OFF button to power the unit on or off.

5.2. Setting a Timer Channel

  1. Press the TIME button. The display for the currently selected channel (or channel 1 by default) will flash.
  2. Use the INCREASE (+) and DECREASE (-) buttons to set the desired time (e.g., minutes and seconds). Each channel can be set from 0 to 99 minutes and 59 seconds.
  3. Press the TIME button again to confirm the setting and move to the next channel, or wait a few seconds for the setting to be automatically saved.
  4. Repeat for other channels as needed.

5.3. Using the Reminder Function (Basket Shaking Times)

This function allows setting up to three intermediate reminder times within a main timer setting, useful for tasks like shaking fry baskets.

  1. After setting the main time for a channel (as described in 5.2), press the REMINDER button.
  2. The display will show 'R1' (Reminder 1). Use the INCREASE (+) and DECREASE (-) buttons to set the first reminder time.
  3. Press REMINDER again to set 'R2' and 'R3' if desired.
  4. Press REMINDER a final time or wait for automatic saving to exit the reminder setting mode.

5.4. Adjusting Alarm Volume

  • While the timer is in standby mode (not actively counting down), press and hold the INCREASE (+) or DECREASE (-) button to adjust the alarm volume. The display may show a volume level indicator.

5.5. Starting and Stopping a Countdown

  • To start a countdown for a specific channel, press the corresponding numbered button (e.g., 1, 2, etc.). The timer will begin counting down from the set time.
  • When the countdown reaches zero, the alarm will sound.
  • To stop the alarm and reset the channel to its original set time, press the corresponding numbered button again.

5.6. Resetting a Channel

  • To reset an individual channel to its pre-set time after an alarm, simply press its corresponding numbered button.
  • To clear a channel's set time, enter the time setting mode for that channel (press TIME, then the channel number), and set the time to 00:00 using the DECREASE (-) button.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the timer with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the unit is unplugged before cleaning.
  • Storage: If storing for an extended period, unplug the unit and store it in a cool, dry place.

7. Troubleshooting
