Maintenance
Cleaning the Faucet
To maintain the finish and performance of your Mueller faucet, follow these guidelines:
- Clean regularly with a mild detergent and a soft, damp cloth.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads, as these can damage the finish.
- After cleaning, dry the faucet with a soft cloth to prevent water spots.
Cleaning the Spray Head Nozzles
The silicone nozzles on the spray head are designed for easy cleaning. If mineral deposits accumulate, gently rub the nozzles with your finger or a soft brush to dislodge them.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your faucet, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Low Water Flow: Check if the water supply valves are fully open. Inspect the aerator for clogs and clean if necessary.
- Leaking from Connections: Ensure all water line connections are securely tightened. Do not overtighten.
- Spray Head Not Retracting: Verify that the counterweight on the pull-out hose is properly positioned and not obstructed.
- Difficulty Switching Spray Modes: Clean the spray head nozzles as described in the maintenance section.
If problems persist after attempting these solutions, please contact Mueller customer support for assistance.
