1. Product Overview

The SoundLogic XT HDSS-54 Sound Splash is a wireless and splashproof Bluetooth speaker designed for portable audio enjoyment. 2. Setup Guide

2.1 Charging the Speaker

Before initial use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the provided USB cable to the speaker's charging port and the other end to a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when the battery is full.

2.2 Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the speaker is charged and powered off.
  2. Press and hold the Power button on the speaker until you hear an audible prompt or see the Bluetooth indicator light flashing, indicating it is in pairing mode.
  3. On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
  4. Enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  5. Select "Sound Splash" or "HDSS 54" from the list of found devices.
  6. Once paired, the speaker will provide an audible confirmation, and the Bluetooth indicator light will stop flashing and remain solid.

The speaker will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last paired device when powered on, if the device is within range and has Bluetooth enabled.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Power On/Off

  • To power on: Press and hold the Power button until the indicator light illuminates.
  • To power off: Press and hold the Power button until the indicator light turns off.

3.2 Music Playback

  • Once paired, play music from your connected device.
  • Use the speaker's control buttons (if available, typically Play/Pause, Volume Up/Down, Next/Previous Track) to manage playback. Refer to the speaker's physical buttons for specific functions.

3.3 Hands-Free Calling

  • When a call comes in, the speaker will ring. Press the Play/Pause button (or designated call button) to answer the call.
  • Speak into the built-in microphone.
  • To end a call, press the Play/Pause button again.

3.4 Mounting Options

  • Suction Cup: Attach the integrated suction cup to any smooth, non-porous surface (e.g., shower wall, tile, glass). Ensure the surface is clean and dry for optimal adhesion.
  • Lanyard: Use the attached lanyard to hang the speaker from hooks, backpacks, or other suitable fixtures.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning

To clean the speaker, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals. Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed before cleaning or exposing to water.

4.2 Battery Care

  • To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
  • Store the speaker in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
  • Recharge the battery at least once every three months if not used regularly.

5. Troubleshooting
