- With one hand, activate the mechanism (usually a button or lever) and gently push the handlebar forward or down. The stroller will automatically begin to fold into a compact, standing position.

The stroller seat offers multiple recline positions, including a 150-degree recline suitable from birth. 4.4. Using the Harness System
The 5-point harness system ensures your child's safety. Place your child in the seat, bring the shoulder straps over their shoulders, and the waist straps around their hips. Connect the buckles and insert them into the central buckle until they click. Adjust the straps for a snug fit, ensuring two fingers can fit between the strap and your child's body. To release, press the button on the central buckle.
4.5. Brake System
The stroller is equipped with a single-pedal brake system located near the rear wheels. To engage the brakes, press down firmly on the pedal. To release, lift the pedal upwards. Always ensure the brakes are fully engaged when the stroller is stationary.
4.6. Car Seat Compatibility (Travel System)
The Peg Perego Selfie stroller can be converted into a travel system by attaching a compatible Primo Viaggio 4-35 Nido or Primo Viaggio 4-35 Lounge infant car seat. An adapter (sold separately) is required for this conversion. Follow the instructions provided with the adapter and car seat for proper and secure installation.

5. Maintenance and Care
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your stroller.
- Cleaning Fabric Parts: The fabric parts are made of polyester. Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use harsh detergents or bleach. Allow to air dry completely.
- Cleaning Frame and Plastic Parts: Wipe the aluminum frame and plastic components with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly.
- Wheel Maintenance: Periodically check the rubber tires for wear and tear. Clean any dirt or debris from the wheels and axles to ensure smooth movement. Lubricate moving parts with a silicone-based lubricant if necessary.
- Storage: Store the stroller in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to prevent fading and material degradation.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Peg Perego Selfie stroller, refer to the following common solutions:
- Stroller not folding/unfolding smoothly: Check for any obstructions in the folding mechanism. Ensure the seat is in the upright position and the canopy is retracted. Apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to moving joints if stiffness persists.
- Wheels not swiveling/moving freely: Clean any dirt, hair, or debris from around the wheel axles. Ensure the wheel locks are not engaged.
- Harness difficult to buckle/unbuckle: Check for any debris in the buckle mechanism. Ensure straps are not twisted.
- Brakes not engaging/disengaging: Verify that no debris is obstructing the brake pedal or wheel mechanisms.
If the problem persists after attempting these solutions, please contact Peg Perego customer support for assistance.
