Setup and Assembly

Assembly is straightforward and typically takes 15-20 minutes. All necessary tools and hardware are included.

Before You Begin

• Unpack all components and verify against the package contents list.
• Place all parts on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
• Keep children and pets away from the assembly area.

Assembly Steps

1. Attach the casters to the five-star base by pushing them firmly into the holes.
2. Insert the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the five-star base.
3. Attach the mechanism to the underside of the seat cushion using the provided screws and Allen key. Ensure the 'FRONT' marking on the mechanism (if present) faces the front of the seat.
4. Secure the armrests to the seat cushion using the designated screws.
5. Attach the backrest to the seat cushion/mechanism assembly.
6. Mount the headrest to the top of the backrest.
7. Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder.
8. Test all adjustments to ensure proper function.

Operating Instructions

Chair Height Adjustment

To adjust the seat height, pull the lever located under the right side of the seat upwards.

• To raise the seat: Lift the lever while taking your weight off the seat.
• To lower the seat: Lift the lever while remaining seated.

Release the lever to lock the seat at the desired height.

Backrest Tilt and Lock

The chair features a tilt function allowing the backrest to recline between 90° (work), 105° (rest), and 120° (read).

• To recline: Pull the lever located under the left side of the seat outwards. Lean back to the desired angle.
• To lock the tilt: Push the lever inwards at your preferred angle.
• To return to upright: Pull the lever outwards, lean forward slightly, and then push the lever inwards to lock.

Flip-Up Armrests Adjustment

The armrests can be flipped up to allow the chair to be pushed closer to your desk or for more freedom of movement. They also offer 1.8 inches of vertical adjustment.

• To flip up: Press the black buttons on the side of each armrest and rotate them upwards. They will lock into the upright position.
• To lower: Press the black buttons again and rotate the armrests downwards until they lock into the horizontal position.

Headrest Adjustment
