3. Getting Started

3.1 Charging the Device

1. Locate the Type-C charging port, usually covered by a silicone plug for protection.
2. Open the plug and connect the Type-C charging cable to the device and a suitable power source (e.g., USB wall adapter).
3. The screen will indicate charging status. Ensure the device is fully charged before first use.

3.2 Installing the Coil

1. Remove the pod from the device.
2. If replacing, pull out the old coil from the bottom of the pod.
3. Insert a new Geekvape B Series Coil firmly into the pod. Ensure it is seated correctly.

3.3 Filling the Pod

1. Locate the silicone stopper on the top of the pod.
2. Lift the stopper to reveal the filling port.
3. Carefully fill the pod with your e-liquid, avoiding the central airflow tube.
4. Close the silicone stopper securely.
5. After filling a new coil, wait at least 5-10 minutes before vaping to allow the e-liquid to fully saturate the coil. This prevents dry hits and extends coil life.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

• To turn on: Press the fire button 5 times rapidly.
• To turn off: Press the fire button 5 times rapidly. The screen will display "POWER OFF".

4.2 Adjusting Wattage

• Use the "+" and "-" adjustment buttons located below the screen to increase or decrease the wattage.
• Ensure the wattage is within the recommended range for your installed coil (e.g., 0.2ohm coil: 50-58W; 0.6ohm coil: 15-25W).

4.3 Mode Selection

The Aegis Boost 3 offers multiple modes for a personalized vaping experience:

• Smart Mode: Automatically adjusts the power output based on the installed coil, optimizing for flavor and coil longevity.
• Boost Mode: Provides a powerful and smooth vaping experience with increased vapor production.
• Eco Mode: Extends battery life by optimizing power consumption.
• Other modes may include Power, TC-TCR, and Memory. Refer to the on-screen menu for navigation.

4.4 Smart Lock Function

The device features bio-detection technology to prevent accidental firing. If enabled, the device will detect human touch to unlock. This can be particularly useful when carrying the device in a pocket or bag.

4.5 Vaping

Once the device is powered on and the pod is filled and installed, press and hold the fire button while inhaling from the mouthpiece.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Coil Replacement

Coils should be replaced when you notice a burnt taste, reduced vapor production, or diminished flavor. Follow the steps in Section 3.2.

5.2 Cleaning

• Regularly clean the pod and the device's contact points with a dry cloth or cotton swab to prevent e-liquid buildup.
• Ensure the charging port is free of debris.

5.3 Storage

Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Device Not Firing

• Check if the device is powered on (5 clicks of the fire button).
• Ensure the battery is charged.
• Verify the pod is correctly installed and making contact.
• Check if the Smart Lock function is active and unlock the device if necessary.

6.2 No Vapor or Weak Vapor

• Check e-liquid level in the pod.
• Ensure the coil is properly installed and saturated.
• Increase the wattage within the recommended range for your coil.
• Replace the coil if it is old or burnt.

6.3 Leaking Pod

• Ensure the silicone stopper for the filling port is securely closed.
• Verify the coil is firmly seated in the pod.
• Check for any cracks or damage to the pod.
• Avoid overfilling the pod.
