Assembly Instructions
Assembly of this chair is required. For detailed, step-by-step instructions, please refer to the dedicated assembly manual included in your product packaging. General steps typically involve:
- Attach the casters to the chair base.
- Insert the gas lift cylinder into the center of the base.
- Attach the seat plate mechanism to the underside of the seat cushion.
- Connect the backrest to the seat cushion.
- Attach the armrests to both the seat and backrest.
- Place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder.
Ensure all screws are tightened securely before using the chair. It is recommended to have two people for certain assembly steps.
Operating Instructions
1. Height Adjustment
To adjust the seat height, locate the lever on the right side beneath the seat. While seated, pull the lever up to lower the seat. To raise the seat, stand up and pull the lever up. Release the lever at the desired height to lock it in place.

2. Rocking Function and Tilt Tension
The chair features a rocking function for added relaxation. To activate or deactivate the rocking motion, push or pull the same lever used for height adjustment. Push the lever in to lock the chair in an upright position, and pull it out to allow rocking.
To adjust the tension of the rocking mechanism, turn the round knob located underneath the front of the seat. Turn clockwise to increase tension (making it harder to rock) or counter-clockwise to decrease tension (making it easier to rock).

3. Flip-Up Armrests
The armrests on this chair can be flipped up to allow for closer access to your desk or to save space when not in use. Simply lift the armrests upwards until they lock into the vertical position. To return them to the horizontal position, gently pull them down.

4. 360° Swivel and Mobility
The chair is equipped with a 360° swivel function and smooth-rolling casters, allowing for easy movement and rotation in your workspace.
Maintenance
To maintain the appearance and longevity of your Vinsetto office chair:
- Cleaning: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these may damage the faux leather finish.
- Inspection: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
- Casters: Keep the casters free of debris (hair, dust, etc.) to ensure smooth rolling.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your chair, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Chair not adjusting height: Ensure the gas lift lever is fully engaged. If the issue persists, the gas lift cylinder may need replacement.
- Chair wobbles: Check that all assembly screws are securely tightened. Ensure the chair is on a level surface.
- Casters not rolling smoothly: Clean any debris from the caster wheels.
- Squeaking noises: Apply a small amount of lubricant to moving parts or connection points if necessary.
