Introduction

The Refly DM101 4G Smart Watch is a versatile device designed for modern connectivity and convenience. Featuring a 2.41-inch display, Android 7.1 operating system, 3GB RAM, and 32GB ROM, it offers robust performance. This smartwatch includes dual cameras, Face ID, Bluetooth, GPS, and IP67 waterproofing, making it suitable for various activities and communication needs. Setup

1. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge your DM101 Smart Watch. Use the provided charging base and cable. The watch features a 2080mAh lithium-polymer battery for extended standby time.

2. SIM Card Installation

The DM101 supports a Nano SIM card for independent use, enabling high-speed calls and internet access. Use the provided screwdriver and screws to access the SIM card slot.

3. Initial Power On and Wi-Fi Connection

Press and hold the power button to turn on the watch. Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language and connect to a 2.4Ghz/5GHz Wi-Fi network (802.11 a/b/g/n) for optimal performance and app downloads.

4. App Installation (Wiiwatch 2)

For full functionality and smartphone synchronization, download the "Wiiwatch 2" application on your compatible Android (5.1 or above) or iOS (9.0 or above) smartphone. This app allows for Bluetooth connectivity, notifications, and health tracking.

Operating Instructions

1. Navigation and Interface

The DM101 features a 2.41-inch IPS full touch screen with a 640x480 resolution. Swipe left, right, up, and down to navigate through menus, notifications, and quick settings. Tap icons to open applications.

2. Making Calls and Messaging

With a Nano SIM card inserted, you can make and receive calls directly from the watch. Use the on-screen dial pad or contacts. You can also send and receive messages. The watch supports Vo-LTE HD voice calls on 4G networks.

3. Dual Camera Functionality

The watch is equipped with an 8MP front camera and a 2MP side camera. Use these for taking photos, recording videos, and making video calls. The cameras enhance clarity and detail for capturing moments.

4. Face Unlock and Security

The DM101 supports Face Unlock for convenient and secure access. It automatically generates your facial feature password. As a backup, you can also set a pattern unlock password.

5. App Ecosystem and Storage

Running on Android 7.1.1, the watch allows you to download and use various applications from the Play Store. With 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM, there is ample space for apps, music, and movies.

6. GPS and Navigation

Maintenance

1. Water Resistance (IP67)

The DM101 Smart Watch is IP67 water-resistant, meaning it can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. It is suitable for daily use and light water exposure, but not for swimming or diving. Avoid exposing the watch to hot water or steam.

2. Cleaning

Wipe the watch and band regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by immediate drying. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

3. Screen Protection

A screen protector is included in the package to help prevent scratches and damage to the display. Apply it carefully according to the instructions.

Troubleshooting

1. Connectivity Issues

If you experience issues with Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connectivity, ensure the watch is within range of the network/device and that both are powered on. Restarting both the watch and the connected device can often resolve minor connectivity problems. Verify that the "Wiiwatch 2" app is correctly installed and configured on your smartphone.

2. App Performance

If applications are running slowly or crashing, try closing background apps to free up RAM. Ensure your watch's software and all applications are updated to their latest versions. A factory reset may be considered as a last resort, but remember to back up important data first.

3. Battery Life

If battery life is shorter than expected, check for excessive background app usage or high screen brightness. Adjust settings to optimize power consumption. Ensure the charging base is clean and properly connected during charging.
