1. Introduction

The ANRAN Wireless Security Camera System provides comprehensive surveillance for your home or business. This system includes a 13-inch Full HD 1080P LCD monitor NVR and four 3MP outdoor security cameras, with a 1TB hard drive preinstalled for 24/7 recording. The cameras and NVR are auto-paired from the factory, ensuring a true plug-and-play experience.

3. Setup Guide

The ANRAN system is designed for true plug-and-play functionality. Follow these steps for initial setup:

1. Connect the NVR: Place the NVR monitor in a central location. Connect the provided DC 12V/2A power adapter to the NVR and plug it into a power outlet.
2. Connect the Cameras: Position each 3MP wireless camera in your desired surveillance areas. Connect each camera to its respective DC 12V/1A power adapter and plug them into power outlets.
3. Automatic Pairing: The cameras and NVR are pre-paired at the factory. Once powered on, the cameras will automatically connect to the NVR, and their video feeds will appear on the 13-inch LCD monitor.
4. Connect to Internet (Optional for Remote View): For remote viewing and advanced features, connect the NVR to your router using the provided Ethernet cable.
5. Install Hard Drive (if not pre-installed): The 1TB hard drive is pre-installed. If for any reason it needs to be installed or replaced, refer to the detailed instructions in the full user manual.

4. Operating the System

4.1 High-Definition Video & Pan Rotation

The 3MP (2048 x 1536) cameras capture crystal-clear images. The cameras feature a 90° viewing angle combined with a 180° pan rotation, allowing you to cover a wider area and reduce blind spots. Use the NVR interface or the mobile app to control the pan rotation.

4.2 One-Way Audio & Remote View

The cameras are equipped with one-way audio, allowing you to hear sounds from the camera's vicinity. To enable remote viewing, connect the NVR to your router via Ethernet. Download the free 'ARCCTV' app from Google Play or the APP Store, register an account, and add your device ID. You can then view live video remotely and receive alerts on your smartphone or tablet. Multiple users can access the system simultaneously.

4.3 Smart Night Vision & Motion Detection

Equipped with 18 IR LEDs, the cameras provide clear night vision up to 65 feet in complete darkness. The advanced AI technology distinguishes people from animals or objects, significantly reducing false alarms. When an intruder is detected, the system will display a human frame on the screen and trigger an LED alarm, and you will receive motion detection screenshots and 30-second video clips via the ARCCTV app.

4.4 24/7 Surveillance & Expandability

The system supports 24/7 continuous recording with the pre-installed 1TB hard drive. This 8-channel system is expandable, allowing you to add up to four additional cameras if needed, for a total of eight cameras.

5. Maintenance

• Regular Cleaning: Periodically clean the camera lenses with a soft, dry cloth to ensure clear image quality.
• Firmware Updates: Check the ANRAN official website or the ARCCTV app for any available firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Hard Drive Management: The 1TB hard drive provides ample storage. The system will automatically overwrite older footage when the drive is full. Back up important footage regularly.
• Power Supply Check: Ensure all power adapters are securely connected and free from damage.

6. Troubleshooting

• No Video Feed: Ensure both the NVR and cameras are powered on. Check power connections. If cameras are not auto-pairing, try manually pairing them (refer to the full user manual for instructions).
• Poor Image Quality: Clean camera lenses. Ensure cameras are within optimal range of the NVR for strong wireless signal.
• No Remote Access: Verify the NVR is connected to your router via Ethernet. Check your internet connection. Ensure the ARCCTV app is correctly configured with your device ID and has necessary permissions.
• False Motion Alarms: Adjust motion detection sensitivity settings in the NVR or app. Utilize the AI human detection feature to minimize alerts from non-human movements.
• Night Vision Issues: Ensure there are no obstructions directly in front of the camera's IR LEDs.
