4. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and any promotional labels from the air fryer.
- Clean: Wash the air fryer basket and crisping tray with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Wipe the inside and outside of the main unit with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are completely dry before use.

5.2 Cooking Food
The Crux 3.7QT Air Fryer can Air Fry, Broil, Bake, Roast, or Dehydrate.
- Place food evenly on the crisping tray inside the air fryer basket. Do not overfill the basket to allow for proper air circulation.
- Slide the air fryer basket back into the main unit until it clicks into place.
- Turn the Temperature Control Knob to the desired cooking temperature (up to 400°F / 200°C).
- Turn the Timer Knob to the recommended cooking time. The air fryer will begin cooking, and the indicator light will be on.
- For even cooking, some foods may require shaking or flipping halfway through the cooking process. To do this, carefully pull out the basket by its handle, shake or flip the food, and then reinsert the basket. The air fryer will resume cooking.
- When the timer rings, the cooking process is complete, and the air fryer will automatically shut off.
- Carefully pull out the basket and transfer the cooked food to a serving plate. Use heat-resistant tongs.
