1. Safety Instructions

Please read this manual carefully before operating the LOYALHEARTDY 1500W Low Lying Smoke Fog Machine. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.

• Ensure the fog machine is placed on a stable, level surface.
• Use only recommended fog fluid. Do not use flammable liquids.
• Keep the machine away from children and pets.
• Do not touch the heating elements or fog outlet during operation, as they can become very hot.
• Ensure proper ventilation around the machine to prevent overheating.
• The machine will automatically stop if it overheats or experiences electrical leakage, but always exercise caution.
• Disconnect power before cleaning or maintenance.
• The fog machine needs to be preheated for approximately 5 minutes during its first use. Subsequent preheating times will be shorter, around 1 minute.

3. Unboxing and Components

4. Setup

1. Placement: Position the fog machine on a flat, stable surface in the desired location. Ensure there is adequate space around the machine for ventilation and fog dispersion.
2. Add Fog Fluid: Open the oil container cap and carefully pour the appropriate fog fluid into the container. Do not overfill. The maximum capacity is 2L (0.52 Gallons).
3. Add Ice Cubes: Open the lid of the fog machine using the two detachable knobs. Place a sufficient quantity of ordinary ice cubes onto the stainless steel rack inside the machine. Close the lid securely.
4. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into the machine's power input and then into a suitable electrical outlet (110V).
5. Connect Control: For remote control operation, ensure the remote receiver is connected. For DMX512 control, connect your DMX512 controller (not included) to the DMX IN port.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Flip the power switch to the 'ON' position. The machine will begin its preheating cycle.
2. Preheating: Allow the machine to preheat. The initial preheating takes about 5 minutes. Subsequent preheating cycles will be shorter, around 1 minute. The indicator light will signal when the machine is ready.
3. Remote Control Operation: Once preheating is complete, use the provided remote control to activate the fog output. Press the designated button on the remote to spray fog.
4. DMX512 Control (Optional): If using a DMX512 controller, configure the DMX settings according to your controller's manual and the fog machine's DMX address. Use the DMX controller to manage fog output.
5. Monitoring: Observe the fog output and adjust as needed. Ensure the oil container has sufficient fluid and ice cubes are present for continuous low-lying fog.
6. Power Off: After use, turn off the power switch and disconnect the machine from the power outlet.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your fog machine.

• Drainage: After each use, especially when ice cubes have melted, open the drainage hole by rotating the red valve to drain any accumulated water. This prevents water from remaining inside the machine.
• Cleaning: Periodically clean the exterior of the machine with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or allow liquids to enter internal components.
• Fluid Lines: Ensure the fog fluid lines are clear and free from blockages. If the machine is not used for an extended period, it is advisable to run a small amount of distilled water through the system to prevent clogs.
• Storage: Store the machine in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the oil container is empty or securely sealed if storing with fluid.
