Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to set up your HTZSAFE Wireless Plug-in Receiver:
- Choose a Location: Select a standard wall outlet in a central location within your property where you wish to receive alerts. Ensure it is within range of your HTZSAFE wireless sensors.
- Plug In the Receiver: Insert the receiver directly into a standard 110V-240V AC wall outlet. The indicator light (owl's eyes) may briefly illuminate upon power-up.
- Pairing with Sensors:
- Press and hold the Melody button (bottom button on the side) on the receiver for approximately 5 seconds until you hear a short "beep" sound and the indicator light flashes rapidly. This indicates the receiver is in pairing mode.
- Within 10 seconds, trigger your HTZSAFE wireless sensor (e.g., wave your hand in front of a motion sensor, open a door with a door sensor). The receiver will emit a "ding-dong" sound and the indicator light will stop flashing, confirming successful pairing.
- Repeat this process for each additional sensor you wish to pair. The receiver can store up to 32 unique sensor pairings.
- Test the System: After pairing, trigger each sensor to ensure the receiver sounds an alarm and the indicator light illuminates.
