Thank you for purchasing the Kimiso KMS-1186 Portable Wireless Bluetooth Speaker. This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, and maintaining your speaker to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product.
The Kimiso KMS-1186 is a versatile portable speaker designed for high-quality audio playback. It features wireless Bluetooth connectivity, multiple input options, and a built-in phone stand, making it ideal for various uses including home theater, mobile audio, karaoke, and computer audio.

Figure 1: Front view of the Kimiso KMS-1186 speaker with a smartphone placed on its integrated stand. The speaker grille displays a blue LED light, indicating power or active mode.

Figure 2: Side panel of the speaker illustrating the various connection ports and controls. These include the TF card slot, USB port, DC 5V charging port, and the ON/OFF switch. Icons for Bluetooth, AUX, Storage Card, and U Disk connectivity are also visible.
Familiarize yourself with the following key components:
Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the supplied USB charging cable to the DC 5V port on the speaker and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The charging indicator (if present) will show charging status and turn off or change color when fully charged.
Note: A full charge typically takes a few hours. Do not use the speaker while it is charging for the first time to ensure optimal battery life.
To turn the speaker ON, slide the ON/OFF switch located on the side panel to the "ON" position. You will hear an audible prompt, and the LED light will illuminate. To turn the speaker OFF, slide the switch to the "OFF" position.
The speaker automatically enters Bluetooth pairing mode upon power-on. If you wish to switch to other modes (AUX, USB, TF Card), insert the respective media or cable. The speaker will automatically detect and switch to the appropriate mode.
Note: The speaker will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last paired device when powered on.
Connect one end of a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to the AUX port on the speaker and the other end to the headphone jack of your audio source (e.g., MP3 player, computer). The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode.
Insert a USB flash drive containing MP3 audio files into the USB port. The speaker will automatically detect the drive and begin playing the audio files.
Insert a TF (MicroSD) card containing MP3 audio files into the TF card slot. The speaker will automatically detect the card and begin playing the audio files.
When the battery is low, the speaker may indicate this with an audible alert or a flashing LED. To charge, connect the supplied USB cable to the DC 5V port on the speaker and to a USB power source. The charging time varies depending on the power source. Avoid overcharging to prolong battery life.
