1. Introduction
This instruction manual provides essential information for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of your wolf guard FD-02 433MHz Wireless Signal Repeater. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure optimal performance and safety. This repeater is designed to extend the wireless signal range for compatible 433MHz home alarm systems, including Wolf-Guard, LKM Italian Alarm, Mapishop, and Erika security centers.
2. Product Overview
The wolf guard FD-02 is a wireless signal repeater designed to enhance the communication range between wireless transmitters (such as door sensors, PIR motion sensors, and smoke sensors) and wireless alarm controllers (e.g., GSM alarm hosts). It effectively extends the signal distance, allowing for broader coverage within your security system setup.

3. Package Contents
Please verify that all items are present in the package:
- 1 x FD-02 Wireless Signal Repeater
4. Setup
4.1 Power Connection
- Connect the provided 12V DC power adapter to the 'DC 12V' port on the rear of the FD-02 repeater.
- Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
- Ensure the power indicator LED on the repeater illuminates, indicating power is supplied.
4.2 Learning Sensors (Pairing)
The FD-02 repeater can learn up to 30 wireless sensors. This process links your sensors to the repeater for signal extension.
- Press the 'Study' button on the rear of the FD-02 repeater. The repeater will enter learning mode.
- Within a short period, trigger the wireless sensor you wish to pair (e.g., open a door with a door sensor, activate a PIR sensor).
- The repeater's LED will flash or change color to confirm successful learning.
- Repeat for all desired wireless sensors.
- To exit learning mode, press the 'Study' button again or wait for a timeout.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Wireless Signal Transmission
The FD-02 repeater supports two modes for wireless signal transmission:
- 'Mode' Port Disconnected: In this configuration, the repeater will only transmit signals from the wireless accessories that have been specifically learned (paired) with it. The LED indicator will turn red when a signal is being transmitted.
- 'Mode' Port Connected: When the 'Mode' port is connected, the repeater can transmit wireless signals from any device that operates on the same reception frequency as the repeater's transmitter. The LED indicator will turn red during signal transmission.
5.2 Wired Signal Transmission
To transmit signals via the wired port ('LineIn'), the wired transmitter must first be learned into the alarm host. During the alarm host's learning process, briefly connect the 'LineIn' port. The repeater's LED will turn red when transmitting a wired signal.

7. Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the 12V DC power adapter is securely connected to both the repeater and a working electrical outlet. Check the power indicator LED.
- Sensors Not Extending Range: Verify that the sensors have been successfully learned (paired) with the FD-02 repeater. Ensure the repeater is placed within the original range of the sensors and the alarm host.
- Interference: Position the repeater away from large metal objects, thick walls, or other electronic devices that may cause signal interference.
- Incorrect Mode: Confirm the 'Mode' port connection status matches your intended operation (transmitting only learned sensors or all signals on the same frequency).
8. Maintenance
- Keep the device clean and free from dust using a soft, dry cloth.
- Avoid exposing the repeater to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
- Do not attempt to open or repair the device yourself, as this may void the warranty and cause damage.
9. Warranty and Support
Warranty information is typically provided at the point of purchase or included with the product packaging.
