Operating Instructions
Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your high-pressure washer.
- Start-up: Turn on the water supply completely. Ensure the high-pressure gun is pointed in a safe direction. Turn on the main power switch of the machine.
- Priming: Squeeze the trigger on the high-pressure gun to allow air to escape and water to flow steadily. This primes the pump.
- Operation: Once primed, the machine will build pressure. The EASY!Force high-pressure gun is designed to reduce holding force, making operation less fatiguing. Direct the spray lance at the surface to be cleaned, maintaining an appropriate distance to avoid damage.
- Adjusting Pressure: If your model features Servo Control, adjust the pressure directly on the spray lance or machine as needed for different cleaning tasks.
- Detergent Application: If using detergent, activate the detergent function on the machine or lance. Apply detergent evenly and allow it to dwell as per instructions, then rinse with clear water.
- Shut-down: Release the trigger on the high-pressure gun. Turn off the main power switch. Turn off the water supply. Squeeze the trigger again to release any remaining pressure in the system.

- Flush the system with clean water to remove any detergent residue.
- Clean the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth.
- Inspect the high-pressure hose and power cord for any signs of damage.
- Nozzle Cleaning: Regularly check and clean the nozzle to prevent blockages and maintain spray pattern integrity.
- Water Filter: Inspect and clean the water inlet filter periodically to prevent debris from entering the pump.
- Frost Protection: If storing in an area where temperatures may drop below freezing, ensure the machine is completely drained of water or protected with anti-freeze solution to prevent damage.
- Storage: Store the high-pressure washer in a dry, protected area. The upright design and large wheels facilitate easy maneuvering and storage.
Troubleshooting
This section provides solutions to common operational issues. For more complex problems, contact authorized service personnel.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No water pressure | Insufficient water supply, clogged inlet filter, air in pump. | Ensure water tap is fully open. Clean inlet filter. Prime the pump by squeezing the trigger with water supply on. |
| Motor stops frequently | Overheating, low voltage, leak in system. | Allow machine to cool. Check power supply for stable voltage. Inspect hoses and connections for leaks. |
| Pulsating pressure | Air in pump, restricted water flow, worn nozzle. | Bleed air from pump. Check water supply. Clean or replace nozzle. |
| Detergent not dispensing | Detergent tank empty, clogged detergent line, wrong pressure setting. | Refill detergent tank. Clear any blockages in the detergent line. Ensure machine is in low-pressure mode for detergent application. |
