2. Important Safety Information
- Important Note: This shower set is supplied WITHOUT a tap, thermostatic mixer, or shower mixer. These components must be purchased separately and installed by a qualified professional.
- Water Pressure Requirement: For optimal performance, the water pressure for this shower system must be at least 3 bar and ideally 4 bar. Insufficient water pressure may affect the shower's functionality.
- Ensure all connections are securely tightened to prevent leaks. Use the provided Teflon tape on threaded connections.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals on the chrome finish, as this may damage the surface.
- Always turn off the main water supply before attempting any installation or maintenance.

4. Installation Guide
Follow these steps carefully for proper installation. It is recommended to have a qualified plumber perform the installation.
- Prepare the Installation Area: Ensure the main water supply is turned off. Clear the installation area and gather all necessary tools (drill, level, screwdriver, wrench).
- Mount the Wall Brackets: The upper metal wall bracket is movable, allowing for universal application with existing holes at a minimum distance of 66 cm and a maximum distance of 105 cm. Mark the drilling points for the wall brackets. Drill holes using an appropriate drill bit (e.g., 6mm or 7mm for standard wall plugs) and insert the wall plugs. Secure the wall brackets firmly with screws. Both wall supports are made of metal and are very robust.
- Assemble the Shower Rod: The shower rod is height-adjustable from 74 cm to 114 cm. The upper bar can be rotated 360°. When adjusting the height, push the upper bar inwards or pull it out and secure it. The diameter of the upper bar is 20 mm, and the lower bar is 24 mm.
- Connect the Diverter: Attach the solid brass diverter to your existing water outlet. Use the provided gaskets and Teflon tape to ensure a watertight seal. The diverter lever allows switching between the rain shower and the hand shower.
- Attach Hoses and Shower Heads:
- Connect the 80 cm hose from the diverter to the shower rod's lower connection.
- Connect the 150 cm hose to the hand shower and the diverter's hand shower outlet.
- Attach the 20x20 cm rain shower head to the top of the shower rod.
- Place the hand shower into its adjustable holder.
- Test for Leaks: Once all components are installed, slowly turn on the main water supply and check all connections for leaks. Tighten any leaking connections as needed.

5. Operating Instructions
Your Görbach Shower Column offers a comfortable and customizable showering experience.
5.1. Using the Rain Shower Head
The 20x20 cm rain shower head provides a wide, gentle rainfall experience. To activate, turn the diverter lever to the rain shower position. The shower head features easy-clean anti-limescale nozzles for consistent water flow.

5.2. Using the Hand Shower
The multi-function hand shower offers three spray modes for a personalized experience. To activate, turn the diverter lever to the hand shower position.
- Soft Massage: A gentle, pulsating spray for relaxation.
- Electric Massage: A more invigorating, focused massage spray.
- Rain: A classic, steady spray pattern.
Switch between modes by pressing the button on the hand shower head.

6. Care and Maintenance
Regular cleaning and proper care will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Görbach Shower Column.
- Cleaning the Chrome Finish: Clean the chrome surfaces with a soft cloth and mild soap or a non-abrasive bathroom cleaner. Rinse thoroughly with water and dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots. Avoid using abrasive sponges, scouring pads, or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can damage the chrome finish.
- Cleaning Anti-Limescale Nozzles: The rain shower head and hand shower are equipped with easy-clean anti-limescale nozzles. Periodically rub the silicone nozzles with your finger to dislodge any mineral deposits. For stubborn limescale, a solution of white vinegar and water can be used, applied with a soft cloth.
- Hose Maintenance: The stainless steel hoses are designed with anti-kink protection. Regularly check the hoses for any signs of wear or damage.
