Safety Information
General Safety Warnings
- FOR OUTDOOR USE ONLY. Never operate this heater indoors or in an enclosed space.
- Maintain adequate clearance from combustible materials. Keep at least 3 feet (0.91 m) from sides and rear, and 2 feet (0.61 m) from the top.
- Always ensure proper ventilation.
- Do not store or use gasoline or other flammable vapors and liquids in the vicinity of this or any other appliance.
- Perform a leak test on all gas connections before initial use and after any propane tank change.
- Keep children and pets away from the heater, especially when in operation.
- Do not move the heater while it is operating or still hot.
- Always turn off the gas supply at the propane tank when the heater is not in use.

Setup & Assembly
Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to have two people for certain steps, especially when handling the upper sections.
- Attach Wheels to Base: Secure the wheel assembly to the base using the provided bolts and nuts.
- Install Support Brackets: Attach the support brackets to the base using the appropriate hardware.
- Insert Lower Post: Secure the lower post to the support brackets.
- Place Cylinder Housing: Slide the cylinder housing over the lower post and onto the base.
- Assemble Reflector: Connect the three reflector panels together with the provided bolts and cap nuts. Then, attach the reflector plate to the assembled panels.
- Attach Burner Assembly to Upper Post: Connect the burner assembly to the upper post using the washer bolts. Ensure the propane hose is routed correctly.
- Connect Upper Post to Lower Post: Carefully insert the upper post (with burner assembly) into the lower post. Secure with bolts.
- Attach Reflector Assembly: Mount the assembled reflector to the top of the burner assembly using the reflector studs and washers.
- Install LED Tabletop: Place the LED tabletop onto the designated area on the main pole.
- Secure Propane Tank: Place a standard 20 lb propane gas cylinder (sold separately) into the base. Secure it with the internal webbing strap. Connect the regulator to the propane tank valve, ensuring a tight seal.
- Add Stability (Optional): For increased stability, especially in windy conditions, unscrew the lid at the bottom of the base and fill the base with sand or water. Tighten the lid securely.
Operating Instructions
Connecting Propane Tank
- Ensure the propane tank valve is fully closed.
- Connect the regulator to the propane tank valve. Hand-tighten firmly.
- Open the propane tank valve slowly, checking for any leaks with a soapy water solution. Bubbles indicate a leak.
Lighting the Heater
- Ensure the propane tank valve is fully open.
- Locate the control knob and igniter button on the burner assembly.
- Push and turn the control knob to the 'LOW' position.
- While holding the control knob in, press the 'Igniter' button repeatedly until the burner ignites. You should hear a clicking sound and see a flame.
- Continue to hold the control knob in for 10-15 seconds after ignition to allow the thermocouple to heat up. Release the knob. If the burner goes out, repeat steps 3-5.

Adjusting Heat Output
- Once lit, rotate the control knob between 'LOW' and 'HIGH' to adjust the heat intensity as desired.
Using the LED Table Light
- The LED tabletop features a separate switch, usually located underneath the table or on the main pole, to turn the light on or off.

Shutting Down the Heater
- Turn the control knob to the 'OFF' position.
- Close the gas supply valve on the propane tank.
- Allow the heater to cool completely before moving or storing.

- Cleaning: Regularly wipe down exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or flammable cleaning agents.
- Inspections: Periodically check the gas hose and connections for any signs of wear, cuts, or leaks. Replace damaged parts immediately.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, disconnect the propane tank and store it in a well-ventilated outdoor area. Cover the heater with a weather-resistant cover to protect it from the elements.
