2. Important Safeguards

3. Product Components

4. Setup

Before first use, wash the removable baking pan, inner rack, and lid in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are dry before assembly.

1. Place the main unit on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
2. Insert the enameled steel baking pan into the main unit.
3. Place the metal inner rack inside the baking pan.
4. Position the self-basting lid on top of the baking pan.

5. Operating Instructions

The AROMA 22Qt. Roaster Oven features an adjustable temperature control and a 'Keep Warm' setting.

• Temperature Control: The control knob allows you to select temperatures from 150°F to 450°F. Turn the knob clockwise to increase the temperature.
• Keep Warm Setting: This setting maintains a low temperature to keep cooked food warm without further cooking.
• Defrost Setting: A specific defrost setting is available for thawing frozen items.
• Indicator Light: The power indicator light illuminates when the unit is heating and turns off once the set temperature is reached.

To begin cooking, place your food in the baking pan, cover with the lid, and set the desired temperature. The self-basting lid will help circulate moisture, reducing the need for manual basting.

6. Cooking Guide

The 22-Quart capacity is suitable for a variety of dishes, including large cuts of meat, roasted vegetables, and stews. It can accommodate up to a 26-lb turkey.

For optimal results, ensure the lid is properly seated to maintain consistent temperature and moisture. The removable inner rack simplifies the process of lifting heavy items from the pan.

7. Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and performance of your roaster oven. Always unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

• Removable Baking Pan & Inner Rack: These parts are dishwasher-safe or can be washed by hand with warm, soapy water. For stubborn food residue, soak the pan before cleaning.
• Lid: Wash the lid with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
• Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on any part of the roaster oven.
