Setup
- Unpack the Keyboard: Carefully remove the keyboard and all accessories from the packaging.
- Connect to Computer: Plug the USB cable into the keyboard's USB port and then into an available USB port on your computer (PC or Mac). The keyboard is plug-and-play; no additional drivers are required.
- Adjust Keyboard Height: Flip the keyboard over to locate the adjustable feet on the bottom. Extend them if you prefer a tilted typing angle.

- Initial Test: Open a text editor or browser and type to ensure all keys are functioning correctly.
Operating Instructions
RGB Backlight Control:
- Change Backlight Mode: Press Fn + PgDn to cycle through 14 RGB backlight modes and 7 solid color modes.
- Adjust Brightness: Use Fn + ↑ (Up Arrow) to increase brightness and Fn + ↓ (Down Arrow) to decrease brightness.
- Adjust Speed: Use Fn + ← (Left Arrow) to decrease animation speed and Fn + → (Right Arrow) to increase animation speed (for dynamic modes).

Maintenance
Cleaning the Keyboard:
- Disconnect: Always disconnect the keyboard from your computer before cleaning.
- Remove Keycaps: Use the included keycap puller to carefully remove keycaps. Gently pull straight up to avoid damaging the switch.

- Clean Keycaps: Keycaps can be washed with mild soap and water. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
- Clean Keyboard Base: Use compressed air to remove dust and debris from between the switches. Wipe the surface with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Avoid excessive moisture.
- Reattach Keycaps: Align each keycap with its corresponding switch and press down gently until it clicks into place.
Replacing Switches:
The E-YOOSO Z-88 features hot-swappable Outemu switches. If a switch becomes faulty, you can replace it using the included switch puller and spare switches.
- Disconnect: Disconnect the keyboard from your computer.
- Remove Keycap: Use the keycap puller to remove the keycap from the switch you wish to replace.
- Remove Switch: Use the switch puller to grip the top and bottom clips of the switch. Gently pull the switch straight up and out of the PCB.
- Insert New Switch: Align the pins of a new Outemu switch with the holes on the PCB. Ensure the pins are straight. Gently press the new switch into place until it clicks. Do not force it.
- Reattach Keycap: Place the keycap back onto the new switch.
- Test: Reconnect the keyboard and test the new switch.
