Installation Guide
Follow these steps to properly install your VIVO STAND-V200A Dual Monitor Desk Mount.
Step 1: Clamp Installation
Attach the heavy-duty C-clamp to your desk surface. The clamp can accommodate desk thicknesses up to 3.3 inches. Alternatively, a grommet mount option is available for desks up to 3.2 inches thick.

Step 2: Attach VESA Plate to Monitor
Secure the VESA plate to the back of your monitors using the provided screws. Ensure the plate is firmly attached to the VESA mounting holes on your monitor.

Step 3: Mount Monitor to Arm
Carefully slide the monitor (with the attached VESA plate) onto the monitor arm. Use the locking knobs for additional security to prevent accidental detachment.
Step 4: Adjust Gas Spring Arm Tension
Adjust the gas spring tension to match the weight of your monitors. Turn clockwise for lighter monitors and counter-clockwise for heavier monitors. This ensures the arms can hold the monitors at any desired height.

Step 5: Cable Management
Route your monitor cables through the integrated cable management clips on the arms and down the central pole. This helps maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Step 6: Adjust Swivel Range
If desired, you can tighten a screw at the base of the arm to limit the swivel range, preventing the monitor from hitting walls or other objects.
Step 7: Adjust Rotation and Tilt
Adjust the rotation and tilt tension at the VESA plate connection point. This allows for +45° to -45° tilt and 360° rotation, enabling comfortable viewing angles and orientation (landscape or portrait).

Operating Instructions
The VIVO STAND-V200A offers versatile adjustments for optimal viewing comfort:
- Height Adjustment: The powerful pneumatic arms provide a height range from 6.5 inches to 17.7 inches. Simply push or pull the monitor to the desired height. If the monitor sags or rises too easily, adjust the gas spring tension as described in Step 4 of the Installation Guide.
- Tilt Adjustment: Tilt your monitors +45° to -45° to reduce glare and find the perfect viewing angle. Loosen the tilt screw, adjust, and then re-tighten.
- Swivel Adjustment: Swivel the monitors 180° horizontally to share your screen with others or adjust your viewing position.
- Rotation Adjustment: Rotate your monitors 360° to switch between landscape and portrait orientations instantly.

Maintenance
- Periodically check all screws and fasteners to ensure they remain tight and secure.
- Wipe down the mount with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and debris. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Ensure cables are not pinched or strained by the arms during adjustments.
Troubleshooting
- Monitor Sags or Does Not Hold Position: The gas spring tension may be too low for the monitor's weight. Increase the tension by turning the adjustment screw counter-clockwise (as shown in Step 4 of Installation Guide).
- Monitor is Difficult to Move Up/Down: The gas spring tension may be too high. Decrease the tension by turning the adjustment screw clockwise (as shown in Step 4 of Installation Guide).
- Monitor is Difficult to Tilt or Rotate: The tilt or rotation tension screws may be too tight. Loosen these screws slightly (as shown in Step 7 of Installation Guide), adjust the monitor, and then re-tighten to the desired resistance.
- Mount Feels Unstable: Ensure the desk clamp is securely tightened to the desk. Check all connection points for tightness.
