Setup
- Insert Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the back of the scale. Insert the 3 AAA batteries provided, ensuring correct polarity.
- Place the Scale: Place the scale on a hard, flat, and stable surface. Avoid carpets or uneven floors, as this can affect accuracy.
- Download the App: Download the "Moving Life" app from the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play (for Android devices).

Operating Instructions
Basic Weight Measurement (Without App):
- Gently tap the scale with your foot to activate it. The display will show "0.0".
- Step onto the scale barefoot, standing still and centered.
- Your weight will be displayed on the LCD screen. The scale will automatically turn off after a few seconds of inactivity.

Using with the "Moving Life" App for Body Composition Analysis:
- Open the "Moving Life" app on your paired smartphone.
- Step onto the scale barefoot, standing still and centered. Ensure your feet are in contact with the four metal electrodes for accurate body composition readings.
- The scale will display your weight, and then transmit all 13 body parameters to the app.
- View your detailed health report, track progress, and set goals within the app.

Multi-User Functionality:
The "Moving Life" app allows you to create unlimited profiles for family members or friends. The scale can automatically recognize users based on their weight, and data will sync to the correct profile upon connection.

Switching Weight Units:
To switch between kilograms (KG) and pounds (LB), locate the unit switch button on the back of the scale and press it to toggle between units.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the scale surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the scale in water.

- Battery Replacement: If the display shows "Lo" or becomes dim, replace all three AAA batteries.
- Calibration: The scale features automatic calibration. If you move the scale, it is recommended to perform a quick calibration by stepping on it once, letting it display "0.0", and then stepping off before your next measurement.
