Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to properly install your solar LED wall light:
- Choose a Location: Select an outdoor location that receives direct sunlight for at least 6-8 hours daily to ensure optimal battery charging. Avoid areas under eaves, trees, or other obstructions that might block sunlight or trigger the motion sensor unnecessarily.
- Mounting Height: For best motion detection performance, install the light at a height of less than 2.5 meters (approximately 8.2 feet). The PIR sensor has a detection range of 6-8 meters.
- Mark Drill Holes: Hold the light against the desired mounting surface and mark the positions for the drill holes.
- Drill Holes: Drill holes at the marked positions. Insert the provided wall plugs if necessary.
- Secure the Light: Align the light with the drilled holes and secure it firmly using the provided screws.
- Initial Charge: Allow the light to charge in direct sunlight for at least 24-48 hours before first use to ensure the battery is fully charged.

Operating Instructions
The Proventa Solar LED Wall Light features an integrated light sensor and PIR motion sensor, offering three adjustable operating modes. The light automatically turns on at dusk (light sensor sensitivity: 25 lux) and off at dawn.
Selecting Operating Modes
A small button or switch is typically located on the unit to cycle through the modes. Press the button repeatedly to select your desired mode:
- Mode A (Motion Activated - Full Brightness): The light remains off until motion is detected. Upon detection, it illuminates at full brightness (400 lumens) for approximately 10 seconds, then turns off.
- Mode B (Dim + Motion Activated - Full Brightness): The light stays on at a dim level (20 lumens) at night. When motion is detected, it switches to full brightness (300 lumens) for approximately 10 seconds, then returns to the dim level.
- Mode C (Constant Dim Light): The light illuminates at a constant dim level (50 lumens) throughout the night, regardless of motion.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your solar light.
- Clean the Solar Panel: Periodically wipe the solar panel with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust, dirt, leaves, or snow. A clean panel ensures maximum sunlight absorption and charging efficiency.
- Inspect Mounting: Check the mounting screws and bracket periodically to ensure the light remains securely attached to the wall.
- Battery: The integrated LiFePO4 battery is designed for long life (average 30,000 hours for the LED). It is not user-replaceable. If the light's performance significantly degrades over time, it may indicate the end of the battery's lifespan.
