5. Setup and Installation

This product requires hardwired installation. Ensure power is disconnected before proceeding.

  1. Prepare Wiring: Ensure the electrical box is properly installed and the power is off at the circuit breaker.
  2. Mounting Bracket: Attach the mounting bracket to the electrical box using the provided screws. Ensure the rubber gasket is placed between the bracket and the mounting surface for a watertight seal.

6. Operating Instructions

The Onforu 100W Dusk to Dawn Outdoor LED Flood Light offers two operating modes:

6.1. Dusk to Dawn Mode (Default)

In this mode, the integrated photocell sensor detects ambient light levels. The light will automatically turn on when the ambient light drops to 10-20 Lux (at dusk) and turn off when the ambient light increases to 30-60 Lux (at dawn).

6.2. Switch-Controlled Mode

To operate the light manually via a wall switch, cover the photocell sensor with the provided black cap. This will prevent the sensor from detecting ambient light, allowing the light to be controlled solely by the external switch.
