Introduction

Setup Instructions

1. Unpack Components: Remove the compressor, coil hose, inflator, and attachments from the deluxe carry bag.
2. Connect Coil Hose: Attach one end of the 30 ft. braided coil hose to the air outlet of the compressor. Ensure a secure connection.
3. Connect Inflator: Attach the shop-style inflator with the 120 PSI gauge to the other end of the coil hose.
4. Select Attachment: Choose the appropriate attachment for your tire valve:
   • For Presta valves (commonly found on bicycles), use the Fully Rebuildable Presta Head Attachment.
   • For Schrader valves (commonly found on vehicles and some bicycles), use the 90° Twist-on Schrader Attachment.
5. Power Connection: Plug the 12V auxiliary power connector into your vehicle's power port. Ensure your vehicle's power port can supply at least 13 amps.

Operating Instructions

General Operation:

1. Prepare for Inflation: Ensure the compressor is placed on a stable, flat surface. Connect all components as described in the "Setup Instructions."
2. Attach to Tire Valve: Securely attach the appropriate valve attachment (Presta or Schrader) to the tire's valve stem.
3. Activate Compressor: Turn on the compressor. The unit will begin to inflate the tire.
4. Monitor Pressure: Continuously monitor the tire pressure using the 120 PSI gauge on the shop-style inflator. Inflate to the manufacturer's recommended PSI for your specific tire. The maximum working pressure for the compressor is 100 PSI.
5. Deactivate Compressor: Once the desired pressure is reached, turn off the compressor.
6. Disconnect: Carefully disconnect the valve attachment from the tire stem.

Inflating Tubeless Bicycle Tires:

The TLC LITE is designed to assist in seating tubeless bicycle tires. The compressor charges the coil hose to 105 PSI, providing a quick blast of air necessary to seat the tire bead.

1. Prepare Tire: Ensure the tubeless tire is properly positioned on the rim and sealant has been added if required.
2. Connect Presta Attachment: Use the Fully Rebuildable Presta Head Attachment and connect it securely to the Presta valve stem.
3. Rapid Inflation: Turn on the compressor. The rapid influx of air should quickly seat the tire bead. Listen for the characteristic "pop" sound.
4. Adjust Pressure: Once the bead is seated, continue to inflate to the desired pressure, monitoring the gauge.
5. Seal Check: After inflation, check for any air leaks around the tire bead.
