3. Setup Instructions

1. Attach Table Mounting Clamp: Secure the C-clamp to the edge of your desk or tabletop. Ensure the sponge padding is between the clamp and your desk to prevent scratches. Tighten the screw firmly until the clamp is stable. The clamp supports surfaces up to 1.8 inches thick.

2. Insert Boom Arm: Slide the base of the suspension boom arm into the hole on the table mounting clamp.
3. Attach Microphone: Screw the microphone adapter (if needed) onto the boom arm's microphone connector. Then, attach your HyperX QuadCast microphone to the adapter. Ensure all connections are secure.

4. Attach Pop Filter: Clamp the pop filter onto the boom arm and position it in front of your microphone. The flexible gooseneck allows for precise adjustment.
5. Cable Management: Use the provided cable sleeves to route your microphone cable along the boom arm. This helps maintain a tidy workspace and prevents cable interference.

   

   

4. Operating Instructions

The boom arm offers extensive adjustability to suit your needs:

• Angle Adjustment: The arm can be moved up and down 180 degrees, and rotated 360 degrees. Use the arm adjustment knobs to secure the desired angle.
• Microphone Position: The microphone connector allows for 270-degree rotation, enabling you to fine-tune the microphone's direction.
• Stability: Ensure all adjustment knobs are tightened once the desired position is achieved to prevent sagging or movement.

5. Maintenance

• Regularly check all screws and clamps to ensure they are tight and secure.
• Wipe the boom arm with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals.
• Inspect cable sleeves for wear and tear and replace if necessary to maintain cable organization.

• Boom Arm Sagging: Ensure the table mounting clamp is securely tightened to the desk. Verify that the microphone's weight does not exceed the maximum load capacity of 1.4 kg (3.1 lb).
• Microphone Instability: Check that the microphone adapter and the microphone itself are firmly screwed onto the boom arm. Tighten any loose adjustment knobs on the arm.
• Cables Tangling: Re-route cables through the provided cable sleeves and ensure they are properly secured to prevent tangling during adjustments.
