1. Product Overview

2. Setup

2.1 Battery Installation

The Foxtrot1X is powered by a single CR123A battery. Follow these steps to install the battery:

1. Twist the flashlight bezel counter-clockwise to remove it from the housing.
2. Insert a fresh CR123A battery with the positive (+) end first into the flashlight housing.
3. Replace the bezel by twisting it clockwise until it is securely tightened. Ensure not to cross-thread.

2.2 Mounting the Flashlight

The Foxtrot1X comes with a pre-installed M1913 rail interface plate and additional plates for Sig Sauer proprietary rails or Glock-compatible rails. To mount the light:

1. Ensure the correct rail interface plate is installed for your firearm. If needed, remove the existing plate and slide the appropriate insert piece forward into the rail.
2. Place the lug of the insert into a rail slot on your firearm.
3. Tighten the cross-bolt firmly to ensure the light is securely mounted and does not move.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Activation Switches

The Foxtrot1X features ambidextrous activation switches located on both sides of the unit. These switches support both momentary and latching modes.

• Momentary Mode: Press and hold either activation switch to turn the light on. Release the switch to turn the light off.
• Latching Mode: Quickly press and release either activation switch to turn the light on consistently. Press and release again to turn the light off.

3.2 Lockout Mode

To prevent accidental light activation, rotate the bezel counter-clockwise 1/4 turn to engage the lockout mode. Rotate the bezel clockwise 1/4 turn to disengage lockout mode.

4.1 General Care and Cleaning

To maintain optimal performance and extend the lifespan of your Foxtrot1X flashlight:

• Keep the lens clean using a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive materials.
• Periodically check and clean the battery contacts to ensure good electrical connection.
• Ensure the bezel is tightly secured to maintain water resistance.
• Store the flashlight in a cool, dry place when not in use.

4.2 Battery Replacement

Replace the CR123A battery when the light output diminishes or the flashlight fails to activate. Refer to Section 2.1 for battery installation instructions.

• Light not turning on: Check if the battery is correctly installed with the positive end facing inward. Ensure the battery is fresh and fully charged. Verify that the bezel is tightened and not in lockout mode.

• Light not securely mounted: Re-tighten the cross-bolt on the rail. Ensure the correct rail interface plate is used for your firearm.
