Specifications

Setup Instructions

1. Charge Batteries: Fully charge both batteries before first use. Connect the batteries to the USB charger set. The indicator light on the charger will change to indicate a full charge.

2. Insert Batteries: Locate the zippered pocket on the cuff of each mitten. Insert a fully charged battery into each pocket and connect the battery to the plug located inside the pocket.

3. Wear Mittens: Put on the mittens. Adjust the wrist strap for a secure fit and tighten the drawstring cuff to prevent snow and cold air entry.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Adjust Heat Level: Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the back of the mitten for 3 seconds to turn it on. The mitten will start heating at the highest setting (red light). Press the button again to cycle through heat settings:
   • High (Red Light): Approximately 2-2.5 hours at 60°C (140°F)
   • Medium (White Light): Approximately 3-3.5 hours at 50°C (122°F)
   • Low (Blue Light): Approximately 4-5 hours at 40°C (104°F)

2. Power Off: Press and hold the ON/OFF button until the indicator light turns off.
3. Touchscreen Functionality: The index finger of the mitten is designed with conductive material, allowing you to operate touchscreen devices without removing your mittens.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Hand wash only. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or bleach. Remove batteries before washing.
• Storage: If the mittens will not be used for a long period, remove the batteries and store them in a cool, dry place.
• Battery Care: Fully charge batteries every 3-6 months to maintain battery health, even when not in use.

Troubleshooting

• Mittens not heating:
  • Ensure batteries are fully charged.
  • Verify that batteries are correctly connected to the plugs inside the mitten pockets.
  • Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to ensure the mittens are turned on.
• Short battery life:
  • Battery life varies with the heat setting; higher settings consume power faster.
  • Extreme cold temperatures (below -20°C / -4°F) can reduce lithium battery performance and operating time.
  • Ensure batteries are fully charged before each use.
• Uneven heating:
  • Check that both batteries are fully charged and properly connected.
  • If one mitten consistently fails to heat, contact customer support.
