1. Introduction

This user manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your Eapmic Digital Induction Cooktop. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the appliance and retain it for future reference.

The Eapmic Digital Induction Cooktop features two independent heating zones, each with 1200W power, designed for efficient and precise cooking. Its sleek black crystal panel and touch controls offer ease of use and cleaning.

2. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

  • Read all instructions before using the cooktop.
  • Induction Cookware Requirement: This cooktop requires ferromagnetic cookware (e.g., cast iron, magnetic stainless steel). If there is no pot or the pot is not made of iron, the product will not work. Suitable pot diameters are 12cm-24cm.
  • Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
  • To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or cooktop in water or other liquid.
  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
  • Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.

5. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the cooktop from its packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Placement: Place the cooktop on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for ventilation (at least 10-15 cm on all sides). Do not place it near heat sources or flammable materials.
  3. Power Connection: Plug the cooktop into a standard 110V electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet is properly grounded and can support the appliance's power requirements (2400W total).
  4. Cookware Selection: Use only induction-compatible cookware. This includes pots and pans made of cast iron, enameled iron, or magnetic stainless steel. The base of the cookware must be flat and have a diameter between 12cm and 24cm.

6. Operating Instructions

The Eapmic Digital Induction Cooktop features intuitive touch controls for easy operation.

  1. Power On: Place an induction-compatible pot with contents on one of the cooking zones. Press the "On/Off" button for the desired burner. The display will illuminate.
  2. Select Power Level: Use the "Up" (+) and "Down" (-) buttons to adjust the firepower. There are 8 power levels available. The display will show the current power setting.
  3. Function Button: The "Function" button may cycle through pre-set cooking modes or specific temperature settings, if available. Refer to the display for active function.
  4. Timer Setting: Press the "Timer" button to activate the timer function. Use the "Up" (+) and "Down" (-) buttons to set the desired cooking time. The cooktop will automatically turn off when the timer expires.
  5. Lock Function: Press the "Lock" button to prevent accidental changes to settings during cooking. Press again to unlock.
  6. Power Off: After cooking, press the "On/Off" button for the respective burner to turn it off. The cooktop will display "H" (Hot) if the surface is still hot.

7. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your induction cooktop.

  • Before Cleaning: Always unplug the cooktop from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  • Surface Cleaning: The black crystal panel is easy to clean. Wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth and a mild detergent. For stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive ceramic cooktop cleaner.
  • Do Not Use: Avoid using abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as these can scratch or damage the surface.
  • Ventilation Openings: Keep the ventilation openings (fan area) clear of dust and debris to ensure proper heat dissipation. Do not block the fan.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the cooktop in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your cooktop, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
