Setup and Assembly
Assembly of the Razor Griddle is required before first use. Please follow the instructions provided in the separate assembly guide that came with your product. Ensure all components are present and undamaged before beginning assembly.
Connecting the Propane Tank
- Ensure the griddle's control knobs are in the "OFF" position.
- Connect the propane tank regulator to the griddle's gas inlet. Hand-tighten the connection securely. Do not use tools to overtighten.
- Check for gas leaks using a soapy water solution. Apply the solution to all connections. Bubbles indicate a leak. If a leak is detected, turn off the gas supply immediately and re-tighten connections. If the leak persists, do not use the griddle and contact customer support.
- Place the propane tank on the designated shelf or area, ensuring it is stable and upright.
Prep Shelves
The griddle features dual folding side shelves with a steel towel bar. These shelves can be extended for use as prep surfaces or folded down for compact storage and to act as a protective lid when not in use.

- Turn all burner control knobs to the "OFF" position.
- Close the valve on the propane tank.
- Allow the griddle to cool completely before cleaning or covering.
Maintenance and Care
Cleaning the Griddle
Regular cleaning is essential for maintaining your griddle's performance and longevity.
- Griddle Surface: After each use, once the griddle has cooled, scrape off any food residue with a griddle scraper. Wipe the surface clean with a paper towel or cloth. For stubborn residue, a small amount of water can be used while the griddle is still warm (but not hot).
- Grease Management System: The front-access grease management system with a concealed cup simplifies cleaning. Regularly empty and clean the grease cup to prevent overflow and maintain hygiene.
- Exterior Surfaces: Wipe down exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish.

Rust Prevention
The griddle is designed with rust-resistant carbon steel. To further prevent rust, especially on the cooking surface, ensure it is clean and lightly oiled after each use, particularly before long periods of storage. Store the griddle in a dry, covered area when not in use.
