Setup

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated to initiate charging.
2. Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and plug the other end into a USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port).
3. The LED indicators on the charging case will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes about 2 hours.

Note: The earbuds automatically power off when placed in the charging case and power on when removed.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged.
2. Open the charging case and remove both earbuds. They will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
3. On your smartphone or Bluetooth-enabled device, go to the Bluetooth settings.
4. Search for available devices and select "BW-FYE9" from the list.

• No sound or low volume:
