Setup
1. Unpacking and Placement
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Place the feeder on a flat, stable surface in a location accessible to your pet and near a power outlet if using the adapter.

2. Power Supply Connection
The feeder can be powered by either the included DC power adapter or three "D" size alkaline batteries (not included). For continuous operation and as a backup during power outages, it is recommended to use both.
- DC Power Adapter: Connect the adapter to the power port on the feeder and plug it into a standard wall outlet.
- Battery Installation: Open the battery compartment on the bottom of the feeder. Insert three "D" size alkaline batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment securely.

3. Filling the Food Hopper
Open the lid of the feeder. Pour dry pet food into the hopper. The feeder has a 6-liter capacity. Ensure the lid is securely latched after filling to maintain food freshness and prevent spills.

Operating Instructions
1. Setting the Clock
Press and hold the "CLOCK" button. While holding, use the "HOUR" and "MIN" buttons to set the current time. Release the "CLOCK" button to save.
2. Programming Meal Times and Portions
The feeder allows for up to four daily meals. Each meal can have a customized portion size.

- Press the "1ST" button to program the first meal. The meal time will flash.
- Use the "HOUR" and "MIN" buttons to set the desired feeding time for the first meal.
- Press the "MEAL SIZE" button to adjust the portion size. Portion sizes range from 1 to 39, where 1 portion equals approximately 10 grams.
- Repeat steps 1-3 for "2ND", "3RD", and "4TH" meals as needed. If a meal is not required, ensure its setting is "Off".
- To turn a meal on or off, press the corresponding meal button (e.g., "1ST") and then the "ON/OFF" button.

3. Voice Recording Feature
You can record a 10-second personalized message that will play during each feeding time.
- Press and hold the "RECORD" button. Speak your message clearly into the microphone.
- Release the "RECORD" button when finished.
- Press the "PLAY" button to listen to your recorded message.

4. Manual Feeding
To dispense food manually, press and hold the "MANUAL FEED" button. Food will be dispensed as long as the button is held, allowing for impromptu snacks.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning the Food Tray
The removable food tray is dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning. Regularly clean the tray to maintain hygiene.

2. Cleaning the Main Unit

3. Desiccant Pouch Holder
The feeder includes a desiccant pouch holder to help keep pet food fresh. Replace the desiccant pouch periodically as needed (desiccant not included).
Troubleshooting
Food Not Dispensing
- Check Food Level: Ensure there is sufficient dry food in the hopper.
- Infrared Detection: The feeder features infrared detection to prevent food from getting stuck. If food is jammed, gently clear the dispenser opening.
- Power Supply: Verify that the power adapter is securely connected or that the batteries have sufficient charge. The dual power supply ensures operation even during power outages.
- Programming: Double-check that meal times are correctly set and the meal function is "On".

Display Not Working / Feeder Unresponsive
- Power Check: Ensure the feeder is receiving power from either the adapter or batteries. Replace batteries if necessary.
- Reset: If the feeder is unresponsive, disconnect both the power adapter and remove the batteries for a few minutes, then reconnect.
