2. Setup Guide
2.1. Charging the Device
Before first use, ensure your Kroma-Z is fully charged. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port at the bottom of the device and plug the other end into a suitable USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port). The battery indicator on the LCD screen will show charging progress.

2.2. Coil Installation
The Kroma-Z uses Innokin Z-Coils. A 0.8Ω Z-Coil is pre-installed, and a spare 0.3Ω Z-Coil is included.
- Remove the pod from the Kroma-Z mod.
- Twist the base of the pod to unlock and remove the old coil (if replacing).
- Align the new Z-Coil with the grooves in the pod base and push it firmly into place. Ensure it is fully seated.
- Twist the pod base back to lock the coil.

2.3. Filling the Pod with E-liquid
The Kroma-Z pod has a 2ml e-liquid capacity.
- With the pod attached to the mod, locate the silicone fill tab on the side of the pod.
- Gently lift the silicone tab to expose the fill port.
- Insert the nozzle of your e-liquid bottle into the fill port and slowly fill the pod. Avoid overfilling.
- Securely close the silicone tab to prevent leaks.
- After filling a new coil, wait at least 5 minutes before vaping to allow the e-liquid to fully saturate the coil. This prevents dry hits and extends coil life.

2.4. Attaching the Pod to the Mod

3. Operating Instructions
3.1. Power On/Off
- To turn the device ON: Press the fire button 3 times rapidly.
- To turn the device OFF: Press the fire button 3 times rapidly. The screen will display "System Off".
3.2. Adjusting Wattage
The Kroma-Z has an adjustable wattage range of 6.0W to 40W.
- Use the '+' and '-' adjustment buttons located below the screen to increase or decrease the wattage.
- The device features Smart Coil ID, which automatically suggests a suitable wattage range for the installed coil. You can adjust within this range to find your preferred setting.

3.3. Airflow Control
The Kroma-Z features an external airflow control slider, allowing you to customize your draw from a tight MTL to a more open RDL.
- Locate the airflow slider on the side of the device.
- Slide it left or right to increase or decrease the airflow.
- Experiment with different settings to find your preferred draw and vapor production.

3.4. Vaping
Once the device is charged, the coil is installed and saturated, and the pod is filled and attached:
- Press and hold the fire button while inhaling from the mouthpiece.
- Release the fire button when you finish inhaling.
4. Maintenance
4.1. Coil Replacement
Coils are consumable parts and need to be replaced regularly, typically every 1-2 weeks, depending on usage and e-liquid type. You will notice a decrease in flavor, vapor production, or a burnt taste when the coil needs changing. Refer to section 2.2 for coil installation steps.
4.2. Cleaning
- Pod: Periodically remove the pod and rinse it with warm water (without the coil installed). Ensure it is completely dry before re-installing a coil and filling with e-liquid.
- Mod: Wipe the mod body with a soft, dry cloth. Clean the magnetic connection points and the coil contact pins on the mod with a cotton swab to ensure good conductivity.
4.3. Battery Care
- Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
- Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures (hot or cold).
- Use only the provided USB Type-C cable or a certified equivalent for charging.
