1. Introduction

3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Wiring Diagram

  • Connect the main power supply (200-250Vac, 50/60Hz) to terminals 1 and 2 (Input).
  • Connect the electrical appliance or load to the output terminals. Terminal 3 is the Normally Open (NO) contact, terminal 4 is the Common contact, and terminal 5 is the Normally Closed (NC) contact. Use terminals 3 and 4 for standard ON/OFF control.
  • Ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated.

4. Operating Instructions

The TM619-2 features an LCD display and several buttons for setting and programming. Familiarize yourself with the control panel:

4.1 Setting Current Time

  1. Press and hold the CLOCK button.
  2. While holding CLOCK, press DAY to set the current day of the week.
  3. While holding CLOCK, press HOUR to set the current hour.
  4. While holding CLOCK, press MIN to set the current minute.
  5. Release the CLOCK button to save the settings.

4.2 Programming ON/OFF Times

The TM619-2 allows for up to 16 ON/OFF programs. Each program consists of an ON time and an OFF time.

  1. Press the TIMER button once. The display will show '1 ON'.
  2. Press DAY to select the day(s) for this ON program (e.g., Mon-Sun, Mon-Fri, Sat-Sun, individual days, etc.).
  3. Press HOUR to set the desired ON hour.
  4. Press MIN to set the desired ON minute.
  5. Press the TIMER button again. The display will show '1 OFF'.
  6. Repeat steps 2-4 to set the desired OFF time for the first program.
  7. Continue pressing TIMER to cycle through '2 ON', '2 OFF', up to '16 ON', '16 OFF', setting each program as needed.
  8. After setting all desired programs, press the CLOCK button to exit programming mode and return to the current time display.

4.3 Manual Override

The MANUAL button allows you to temporarily override the programmed settings.

  • Press MANUAL repeatedly to cycle through the modes: ON (always on), AUTO ON (will turn off at next programmed OFF time), AUTO OFF (will turn on at next programmed ON time), OFF (always off).
  • Select AUTO ON or AUTO OFF to resume automatic operation according to your programmed schedule.

5. Maintenance

The SINOTIMER TM619-2 is designed for minimal maintenance. To ensure optimal performance and longevity:

  • Keep the device clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
  • Periodically check all wiring connections to ensure they remain secure.
  • Avoid exposing the timer to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
