Setup

Initial Charging:

1. Before first use, fully charge the emergency kit.
2. Connect the provided DC charger to the unit's charging port.
3. Plug the DC charger into a suitable power source.
4. Allow the unit to charge until the charging indicator light shows a full charge. This may take several hours.

Safety Precautions:

• Always wear eye protection when operating the jump starter.
• Ensure the work area is well-ventilated.
• Keep children and unauthorized personnel away from the unit during operation.
• Do not expose the unit to rain or extreme moisture.

Operating Instructions

Jump Starting a Vehicle:

1. Ensure the vehicle's ignition is off and all accessories are turned off.
2. Connect the red positive (+) clamp of the jump starter to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
3. Connect the black negative (-) clamp of the jump starter to a clean, unpainted metal part of the vehicle's chassis, away from the battery and fuel lines. Alternatively, connect to the negative (-) terminal of the battery if safe to do so.
4. Ensure connections are secure.
5. Attempt to start the vehicle. If it does not start after 5-10 seconds, wait at least 1 minute before trying again. Do not crank for more than 10 seconds at a time.
6. Once the vehicle starts, disconnect the black negative (-) clamp first, then the red positive (+) clamp.

Using the Air Compressor:

1. Locate the air hose and appropriate nozzle for your inflatable item (e.g., tire valve).
2. Securely attach the hose to the item's valve.
3. Turn on the compressor switch.
4. Monitor the pressure gauge on the unit. Inflate to the recommended pressure for your item.
5. Once the desired pressure is reached, turn off the compressor switch and disconnect the hose.

Using the LED Flashlight:

• Locate the flashlight power button on the unit.
• Press the button to turn the LED light on or off.

Using the USB Charging Port:

• Connect your USB-compatible device (e.g., smartphone, tablet) to the 5V USB output port on the emergency kit using your device's charging cable.
• The unit will begin charging your device.

Maintenance

• Recharging: For optimal battery life, recharge the unit after each use. If not used frequently, recharge the unit every 3-6 months to maintain battery health.
• Storage: Store the emergency kit in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure all cables are neatly stored.
• Cleaning: Clean the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure the unit is off and disconnected from any power source before cleaning.

Troubleshooting

Unit Not Turning On:

• Check if the unit is fully charged. Recharge if necessary.
• Ensure all switches are in the correct position.

Jump Start Failure:

• Verify that the clamps are securely connected to the correct battery terminals (red to positive, black to chassis/negative).
• Ensure the vehicle's battery is not completely dead. The jump starter provides assistance, but may not work if the battery has zero charge.
• Allow the jump starter to rest for a few minutes between attempts.

Compressor Not Working or Inflating Slowly:

• Check if the air hose is securely attached to both the unit and the item being inflated.
• Ensure the compressor switch is turned on.

• Inspect the hose and nozzles for any blockages or damage.
