4. Operating Instructions

The HotMaster DigiHot system features an intuitive digital display for easy operation.

4.1 Initial Startup:

1. After connecting power, the digital display will illuminate.
2. The unit will begin heating water to the default temperature setting. The display will show the current water temperature.
3. Allow approximately 10-15 minutes for the water to reach the set temperature. The "HEATING" indicator will turn off when the water is ready.

4.2 Adjusting Temperature:

• Use the + and - buttons on the digital display to increase or decrease the desired water temperature.
• The temperature can be set between 167°F and 208°F.
• The unit will automatically adjust to the new setting.

4.3 On/Off Control:

• Press the Power button () to turn the heating function on or off.
