Setup and Installation
- Choose Location: Select a suitable wall location for mounting, ensuring it is within reach of a power outlet.
- Mounting: Use the provided screw bag to securely mount the dispenser to the wall. Refer to Figure 6 for mounting points on the back of the unit.
- Fill Dispenser: Open the top cover of the dispenser. Carefully pour alcohol-based liquid sanitizer only into the reservoir. Do not overfill. Close the cover securely.
- Connect Power: Plug the 1.5-meter power cord into a standard AC 230V power outlet. The dispenser is designed for 'Plug & Play' operation.
- Initial Test: Place your hand under the sensor to ensure the dispenser is powered on and dispenses sanitizer correctly.
Operating Instructions
The Faber Touchless Automatic Sanitizer Dispenser utilizes smart sensor technology for hygienic operation.
- Ensure the dispenser is filled with alcohol-based liquid sanitizer and connected to a power source.
- Place your hand flat and directly under the dispensing nozzle, within the sensor's detection range (refer to Figure 3).
- The sensor will detect your hand and automatically dispense a measured amount of sanitizer.
- Remove your hand once sanitizer is dispensed.
Important: This dispenser is designed for liquid sanitizer. Do not use gel sanitizers, soaps, or other viscous liquids, as this may cause malfunction.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior stainless steel body with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
- Refilling: When the sanitizer level is low, refill the reservoir with alcohol-based liquid sanitizer as described in the Setup section.
- Sensor Care: Keep the sensor area clean and free from obstructions to ensure proper operation.
- Storage: If storing the dispenser for an extended period, empty the reservoir and clean the unit thoroughly. Disconnect from power.
Troubleshooting
