4. Setup
- Identify Compatible Port: Ensure your device (e.g., WiFi router, network card, IP camera) has an RP-SMA Female connector. The antenna features an RP-SMA Male connector.
- Connect the Antenna: Carefully screw the RP-SMA Male connector of the antenna onto the corresponding RP-SMA Female port on your device. Hand-tighten until secure, but do not overtighten.
- Position the Antenna: Utilize the magnetic base to place the antenna on a suitable iron surface (e.g., computer case, metal shelf) for stability and optimal signal reception. The 10-foot cable provides flexibility in placement.

- No Signal or Weak Signal:
- Ensure the antenna's RP-SMA Male connector is fully and securely screwed into the RP-SMA Female port on your device.
- Verify that your device's connector is indeed RP-SMA Female. Incompatible connectors will prevent proper function.
- Try repositioning the antenna. Although omni-directional, physical obstructions or interference sources can affect signal quality.
- Test with another compatible device if available to rule out an issue with the antenna itself.
- Intermittent Connection:
- Check for loose connections at both the antenna and the device.
