3. Setup and Installation
The OKN AX210 NGW Wireless Card is an M.2 2230/NGFF module designed for internal installation in compatible laptops or desktop motherboards. Please ensure your device has an available M.2 slot with Key E or Key A support.

Installation Steps:
- Preparation: Power off your computer and disconnect all cables. For laptops, remove the battery if possible.
- Access M.2 Slot: Open your computer case or laptop's back panel to access the M.2 slot. Refer to your computer's manual for specific instructions.
- Insert Module: Carefully align the notches on the AX210 module with the M.2 slot (Key E or Key A). Insert the module at a slight angle and gently push it into the slot until it is fully seated.
- Secure Module: Press the module down and secure it with the screw provided with your computer or motherboard.
- Close Panel: Reassemble your computer or laptop.
- Driver Installation: After hardware installation, power on your computer. You will need to install the appropriate drivers for the Intel AX210 chipset. You can download the latest drivers from the official Intel website by searching for "AX210" drivers.

Important Driver Note: We recommend uninstalling and deleting any drivers related to your original network card (if any) before installing the new AX210 module. Restart your computer after uninstalling old drivers and before installing new ones to ensure proper loading of the new network card driver. You may use tools like DriverMax (from Microsoft) to scan and update drivers.
If your laptop or desktop PC has a built-in WiFi function, please turn it off when using this module to avoid conflicts.
4. Operating Instructions
Once the OKN AX210 NGW Wireless Card is successfully installed and drivers are loaded, your computer will recognize the new WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities.

WiFi Connectivity:
- Access your operating system's network settings.
- Scan for available WiFi networks. The AX210 supports 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz bands.
- Select your desired network and enter the password if required.
- Enjoy enhanced speeds and lower latency provided by WiFi 6E technology.

Bluetooth Connectivity:
- Navigate to your operating system's Bluetooth settings.
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled.
- Put your Bluetooth device into pairing mode.
- Select your device from the list of available devices and follow on-screen prompts to pair.

6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your OKN AX210 NGW Wireless Card, consider the following troubleshooting steps:
- Driver Recognition: First, check whether the device's WiFi is recognized by the computer in the Device Manager. If a network controller with a yellow exclamation mark appears, install the WiFi driver. If the driver is installed but the yellow warning is still displayed, right-click, select "Update driver," and choose the C drive path to manually update.
- Driver Conflicts: We recommend that you uninstall and delete the driver related to the original network card (if any), and then restart the computer to properly load the new network card driver. Please use the DriverMax that comes with Microsoft to scan and update the driver.
- Built-in WiFi Interference: If your laptop/desktop PC has a built-in WiFi function, please turn off the built-in WiFi when using this module.
- Antenna Connection: This wireless module does not include antennas. Ensure you have compatible antennas connected to the module if you are using it with an adapter that requires external antennas, as proper antenna connection is crucial for signal strength.
- Environmental Factors: The network environment, router, physical barriers, and your computer's internal memory can all affect WiFi speed and performance. Try testing the card in different environments or closer to your router.
- Compatibility: Ensure your system meets the requirements (Windows 10/11 64-bit, Intel or newer AMD CPU, compatible M.2 slot).
