Setup
1. Inserting SIM Cards and microSD Card:
The Motorola Moto G9 Power supports Dual-SIM functionality. It also has a shared slot for a microSDXC card. Please note that you can use two SIM cards OR one SIM card and one microSD card, but not two SIM cards and a microSD card simultaneously.
- Locate the SIM/microSD tray on the side of your device.
- Insert the provided SIM Tray Ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray and push gently until the tray pops out.
- Carefully place your Nano-SIM card(s) and/or microSD card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure the gold contacts are facing down.
- Gently push the tray back into the device until it clicks into place.
2. Initial Charging:
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your device.
- Connect the USB-C end of the charging cable to the USB-C port on your phone.
- Connect the other end of the charging cable to the power adapter.
- Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
- Allow the phone to charge until the battery indicator shows 100%.
3. Powering On and Initial Setup:
- Press and hold the Power Button (typically on the right side) until the Motorola logo appears.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial setup, which includes selecting your language, connecting to Wi-Fi, setting up your Google account, and configuring security features.
