Setup

1. Inserting SIM Cards and microSD Card:

The Motorola Moto G9 Power supports Dual-SIM functionality. It also has a shared slot for a microSDXC card. Please note that you can use two SIM cards OR one SIM card and one microSD card, but not two SIM cards and a microSD card simultaneously.

1. Locate the SIM/microSD tray on the side of your device.
2. Insert the provided SIM Tray Ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray and push gently until the tray pops out.
3. Carefully place your Nano-SIM card(s) and/or microSD card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure the gold contacts are facing down.
4. Gently push the tray back into the device until it clicks into place.

2. Initial Charging:

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your device.

1. Connect the USB-C end of the charging cable to the USB-C port on your phone.
2. Connect the other end of the charging cable to the power adapter.
3. Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
4. Allow the phone to charge until the battery indicator shows 100%.

1. Press and hold the Power Button (typically on the right side) until the Motorola logo appears.
