Volume Control
Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the device to adjust the volume. Note that volume control may be limited or inoperative when using certain digital audio connections like optical, as the volume is often controlled by the source device in such setups.
Maintenance
- Keep the device clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Avoid dropping or subjecting the device to strong impacts.
- Regularly charge the built-in battery to maintain its lifespan, even if not in frequent use.
Troubleshooting
- Device does not power on:
- Ensure the device is fully charged or connected to a power source. Check the USB cable and power adapter for damage.
- Cannot pair with Bluetooth device:
-
- Ensure both the B310 and your target Bluetooth device are in pairing mode.
- Make sure they are within close proximity (within 3 feet) during the initial pairing process.
- Clear previous pairing records on both devices if possible and try again.
- Some headphones or devices requiring specific verification may not connect.
- No audio or poor audio quality:
-
- Verify that the correct audio cables are securely connected to the correct ports on both the B310 and your audio source/output device.
- Ensure the B310 is in the correct mode (TX for transmitting, RX for receiving).
- Check the volume levels on both the B310 and your connected audio device.
- If using optical connection, ensure your TV/source audio output is set to PCM.
- Reduce interference by moving the device away from other wireless devices or large metal objects.
- Audio delay/Lip sync issues:
- Ensure both the B310 and your connected Bluetooth headphones/speakers support aptX Low Latency (LL) for minimal delay. If one device does not support LL, a slight delay may occur.
- Dual Bluetooth connection not working as expected:
- Ensure both devices are properly paired. The B310 supports simultaneous streaming to two devices, but switching between active devices might require manual intervention or re-pairing if not automatically handled by the connected devices.
