5. Setup

5.1 Battery Installation

2. Insert the Quick-Chuck adapter into the SDS-Plus chuck as described in section 5.2.
3. To insert a standard drill bit, twist the front collar of the Quick-Chuck counter-clockwise to open the jaws.
4. Insert the drill bit and twist the collar clockwise to tighten the jaws securely around the bit.

6.1 Selecting Operating Mode

Use the mode selector switch to choose between drilling and hammer drilling functions:

• Drill Mode: For drilling into wood, metal, or plastic.
• Hammer Drill Mode: For drilling into concrete, masonry, or stone.

6.2 Powering On/Off and Speed Control

• To turn on the tool, press the trigger switch.
• The tool features stepless rotary speed control; the harder you press the trigger, the faster the tool operates.
