3. Product Overview

4. Setup
4.1 Battery Installation
This jigsaw operates with a 20V battery (not included). Ensure the battery is fully charged before use.
- Align the battery pack with the battery port on the rear of the jigsaw handle.
- Slide the battery pack into the port until it clicks securely into place.
- To remove, press the battery release button and slide the battery out.

4.2 Blade Installation (Tool-Free)
The jigsaw features a quick-change tool holder system for easy blade replacement.
- Ensure the battery is removed from the tool.
- Locate the blade clamp lever at the front of the tool.
- Push the blade clamp lever forward to open the blade clamp.
- Insert the shank of the jigsaw blade fully into the clamp opening, ensuring the teeth face forward.
- Release the blade clamp lever. The blade should be securely held. Gently pull on the blade to confirm it is locked.
- To remove a blade, push the clamp lever forward and pull the blade out.

4.3 Parallel Guide Installation
The parallel guide assists in making straight cuts parallel to an edge.
- Slide the parallel guide rod into the guide slots on the base plate.
- Adjust the guide to the desired cutting width.
- Tighten the locking screw(s) to secure the guide in place.
4.4 Dust Extraction Adapter
Attach the dust extraction adapter to the dust port at the rear of the tool to connect a vacuum cleaner for dust collection.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off
- To start the tool, press the trigger switch.
- For continuous operation, press the lock-on button while the trigger is depressed. Release the trigger to stop the tool.
- To stop the tool from continuous operation, press the trigger switch again.
5.2 Speed Control
The electronic speed control allows adjustment of the cutting speed from 500 to 3,000 strokes per minute (SPM). Use lower speeds for harder materials or intricate cuts, and higher speeds for softer materials or faster cutting.
- Rotate the speed control dial to select the desired speed setting.
5.3 Pendulum Action Adjustment
The 3-stage pendulum action (orbital action) allows the blade to move in an elliptical motion, increasing cutting speed and efficiency, especially in softer materials. The '0' setting is for straight cuts and fine finishes.
- Setting 0: No pendulum action. For fine, precise cuts in wood, metal, and plastic.
- Setting I: Small pendulum action. For general cutting in wood and plastic.
- Setting II: Medium pendulum action. For faster cutting in wood.
- Setting III: Large pendulum action. For very fast, rough cutting in wood.
Adjust the pendulum action using the selector switch on the side of the tool.
5.4 Bevel Angle Adjustment (Tool-Free)
The base plate can be adjusted for bevel cuts at angles of 0°, 15°, 30°, and 45°.
- Ensure the battery is removed.
- Locate the bevel adjustment lever beneath the base plate.
- Loosen the lever and tilt the base plate to the desired angle. The tool has detents for common angles.
- Tighten the lever to secure the base plate at the chosen angle.
5.5 Cutting Techniques
Always ensure the workpiece is securely clamped. Allow the blade to reach full speed before engaging the material. Apply steady, even pressure; do not force the tool.

- Straight Cuts: Use the parallel guide for accuracy.
- Curve Cuts: Use a narrow blade and a slower speed.
- Plunge Cuts: Only perform plunge cuts if you are experienced and the material allows. Otherwise, drill a pilot hole.
- Material Specifics: Use appropriate blades for wood, metal, or plastic. For metal, apply cutting lubricant.
5.6 LED Work Light and Air Blast Function
The integrated LED work light illuminates the cutting line, improving visibility. The air blast function directs air towards the cutting line to keep it clear of sawdust, further enhancing visibility.
