5. Setup and Installation

5.1 Built-in Switch Installation

1. Power Disconnection: Before starting, ensure the main power supply to the circuit you will be working on is completely disconnected at the fuse box or circuit breaker.
2. Access Wiring: Remove the existing light switch cover and carefully pull out the switch to expose the wiring.
3. Connect Built-in Switch: Connect the built-in switch (receiver module) according to the wiring diagram provided with the product. • Wireless Control: Press the button on any paired wireless switch to toggle the connected light fixture on or off.
• Manual Control: If the built-in switch is installed behind an existing wall switch, you can still use the original wall switch to control the light.
• Smart Home Expansion: The Smartwares Plug & Connect system can be expanded with a Smart Switch (sold separately) to enable control via a free mobile application, integrating all Plug & Connect products.
