The Epson EH-TW750 is a Full HD home theatre projector designed to deliver a vibrant and immersive viewing experience. Setup

1. Placement

Place the projector on a stable, flat surface or mount it to the ceiling. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. The projector can achieve a 100-inch screen size from approximately 8 feet distance due to its short throw ratio (1.02:1.23).

2. Connections

Connect your input devices to the projector using the appropriate ports. The EH-TW750 features two HDMI ports, a VGA port, and USB ports.

  • HDMI: Connect Blu-ray players, gaming consoles, streaming devices (Chromecast, Fire Stick), or laptops.
  • VGA: Connect older computers or laptops.
  • USB Type A: For connecting USB storage devices.
  • Audio Out: Connect external speakers if desired.

3. Power On

Connect the power cable to the projector and a power outlet. Press the power button on the projector or the remote control to turn on the unit.

Operating Instructions

1. Basic Operation

Use the remote control or the control panel on top of the projector to navigate menus and adjust settings.

  • Power Button: Turns the projector on or off.
  • Source Search: Cycles through available input sources (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, Computer, Video).
  • Menu Button: Accesses the projector's settings menu.
  • Keystone Correction: Adjusts image shape to correct trapezoidal distortion (auto keystone H/V +/- 30 degrees).
  • Focus Ring: Manually adjust the image clarity.
  • Zoom Lever: Manually adjust the image size (1.2x optical zoom).

2. Wireless Projection (Miracast)

The EH-TW750 supports Miracast for wireless screen mirroring from compatible devices. Refer to your device's manual for Miracast connection instructions.

3. Image Settings

Access the menu to adjust image settings such as brightness, contrast, color mode, and aspect ratio.

  • Color Modes: Dynamic, Bright Cinema, Cinema, Game mode.
  • Aspect Ratio: Select from 16:9, 4:3, or 16:10.

Maintenance

1. Lamp Life

The projector lamp has a normal life of 6,000 hours, which can be extended to 12,000 hours in ECO mode. When the lamp reaches the end of its life, a warning message will appear, and the lamp indicator light will illuminate.

2. Cleaning

  • Lens: Gently wipe the lens with a soft, lint-free cloth designed for optical surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
  • Exterior: Wipe the projector's exterior with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth and then dry thoroughly.
  • Air Filter: Regularly check and clean the air filter to ensure proper ventilation and prevent overheating. Refer to the detailed user guide for filter cleaning/replacement instructions.

3. Storage

When not in use for extended periods, store the projector in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use the original packaging or a protective case to prevent dust accumulation and damage.
