3. Setup Guide

3.1 Unpacking and Placement

  1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Place the charging dock against a wall on a hard, level surface. Ensure there are no obstacles within 1 meter (3 feet) to the sides and 2 meters (6 feet) in front of the dock.
  3. Connect the power adapter to the charging dock and plug it into a wall outlet.

3.2 Initial Charging

Place the robot vacuum onto the charging dock. The indicator light on the robot will show charging status. For first-time use, fully charge the robot before operation (approximately 4-5 hours).

3.3 Installing Components

  • Side Brushes: Snap the side brushes onto their respective posts on the underside of the robot.
  • Dust Bin: Ensure the dust bin is properly inserted into the robot.
  • Water Tank (for mopping): Fill the water tank with clean water. Attach the mopping pad to the tank and slide the tank into the designated slot on the robot.

3.4 App Connection

Download the '360 Robot' app from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your robot to your home Wi-Fi network. Note: The robot supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks only.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

Press and hold the 'Clean' button on the robot or the power button on the remote control to power on or off the device.

4.2 Cleaning Modes

The 360 C50 offers four distinct cleaning modes:

  • Full House Cleaning: The robot cleans the entire accessible area in a systematic zigzag pattern.
  • Edge Cleaning: The robot focuses on cleaning along walls and furniture edges.
  • Spot Zigzag Cleaning: Ideal for concentrated dirty areas, the robot cleans a specific spot in a zigzag pattern.
  • Spot Spiral Cleaning: For highly concentrated dirt, the robot cleans a small area in an expanding spiral pattern.

4.3 Using the Remote Control

The included IR remote control allows for direct command of the robot. You can start/pause cleaning, select cleaning modes, direct the robot manually, and send it back to the charging dock.

4.4 Using the Mobile App

The '360 Robot' app provides advanced control and monitoring features, including:

  • Starting/stopping cleaning.
  • Selecting cleaning modes and suction power.
  • Setting cleaning schedules.
  • Viewing cleaning history and real-time cleaning map.
  • Receiving notifications.

4.5 Automatic Return to Charge

When the battery level is low, the robot will automatically return to its charging dock to recharge. Ensure the charging dock is accessible and free of obstacles.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your 360 C50 robot vacuum.

5.1 Emptying the Dust Bin

It is recommended to empty the dust bin after each cleaning cycle, especially if you have pets. Press the release button to remove the dust bin, open it, and discard the contents. Clean the filter as needed.

5.2 Cleaning Brushes

  • Main Brush: Remove the main brush cover and lift out the brush. Use the cleaning tool to remove hair and debris tangled around the brush.
  • Side Brushes: Periodically check and clean the side brushes. If they are worn or damaged, replace them.

5.3 Cleaning the Water Tank and Mopping Pad

After mopping, empty any remaining water from the tank. Remove and clean the mopping pad. It can be hand-washed or machine-washed. Allow both to air dry completely before reattaching.

5.4 Cleaning Sensors

Wipe the cliff sensors, wall sensors, and charging contacts on the robot and charging dock with a clean, dry cloth to ensure proper function.
